pg wing 0 Qs

I was wondering if the perfect grade wing gundam zero custom is already colored when it opened box? Also can someone tell me how to do panel lines and what tools do I need to make panel lines? Thanks.

As far as I can tell from the pictures here:

It appears that the parts are molded in color.

The wing Zero is indeed molded in color. I have it; it's a great kit. There is another thread here at the Gundam board on doing panel lines. Have fun!
