you should try contacting the company maybe they can get you the part when you provide a picture of the piece and just say it came like that many times they will send you a replacement part.

What glue do you use? I have not had a lot of luck with certain types of plastics.

It's a glue which keep some elasticity (few) when it's dry.
It's not like epoxy glue or "super strong ch*t" glue
(the one that leaves white marks on the plastic and glue your fingers in 10 seconds...)
It's an Europeann brand (Belgium). Today I have to go to my workshop, then I'll go get this glue
and tell you it's composition, that way you can find a similar glue...
I will mostly fix my shovel and show you the result.

btw... IT'S BROKEN ! ! !

So, what exactly did you do to it to cause it to break like this? Please share so that I know not to do it with mines when I get it.

I just tried to pop-out the shovel to use it as an axe for robot mode.
Carrefull -> ball joint is strong !
So, my advice just pinch the piston part which old the ball joint
and use other hand to pull out the main body.
To avoid any trouble in case you press larger than expected (with you thumb),
you can remove the upper pipe of the piston : it's not glue.
-> then only a little peg is visible.
Today I will glue the little peg and take pictures to show you the different parts.

Btw, I pre ordered the green version 6-pack at RK (-> here)
It's cheaper than Upgradecommander.

Nice video (except this guy who's talking too much)...
I got news : I will receive a spare part (1 piston only)
from MT through Upgrade Commander : 1000 YEN.
-> so be carefull with these toys, transformations are "tight".
I have to check Buldozer instruction sheet to see how to manage the shovel :
they often block during transformation.

Good to hear about their consumer service policy. This keeps me happy as a fan knowing that I'm purchasing products from people who actually care about their costumer.

About the video review, I just watched it last night myself. It's good to hear that a non-enthusiast for third party products is impressed with the quality of the product. Seems like I've made a good choice.

The video shows that it looks good. It really fits in with the Classics line. I stil prefer this one to the TFC version. After seeing the video though, I do think I am going to like the green better.

That looks sweet plus its a lot bigger then I thought. I can't afford the gift pack but if they sell them in two packs like the yellow version ill bite.

Can't say I learned anything new about the figure after watching the video. The guy know little to nothing about the product. It like walking into bestbuy and asking the Sales rep about the difference among the many television. It is one thing to compare like items but honestly he doesn't own the TFC Hercules nor does it seem like he handled one. So to constantly contrast and compare the two aside from appearances is weak. Everyone aside a blind man can tell you they look different. Another thing about the video is how he is afraid of breaking the figure. Take some time to learn how the darn thing works before making a video about it. Like he said, he was give time to play around with it. He should of some his homework so as to not to fear breaking the thing.
