It is a little short for this toy, and I want to make it a bit taller.   By using the turnbuckle from R/C model. Cut the leg, flatten and drill a hole for both sides of the pieces.   Add the plastic washer on both sides too.   Screw in the turnbuckle.  Finish.

Now That is The Awesome MOD! Nice idea using those long pins to make him taller. I've never tried any Magnetix figures... looks like I'll go check out my neighborhood BigLots! store to grab some Magnetix figures and see if I can mod them into cool robots. Thanks for the thread!  zozo-Magengar |
