"Anime singer Ichiro Mizuki is currently searching for a life-size replica of the "Hover Pilder" hovercraft from the Mazinger Z anime series that is missing.

The life-size replica was originally created for the Robonation Super Live event back in 1997. After the event, the original animation studio behind the Mazinger Z anime, Toei Animation, Co. Ltd. would loan out the hovercraft and would lend it as a present to fans via a lottery program.

The Hover Pilder replica can float in the air, has moveable wings, decorative lights and it emits smoke. With the Mazinger Z TV anime series celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and is found in time, Toei plans to display it at a 40th anniversary event.

Anyone who has a lead on its whereabouts can email Toei at mazingerZ40th@toei-video.co.jp. A handsome reward is given to those who will provide a strong lead for its whereabouts. "

Okay, checklist: Black Bear sightings in my region....

Aaaaah, don't worry...... if I see anything like a Hover Pilder
flying over my region, I'll kick the pilot out and fly it back to
the owners in Japan. ;)

a life size hover pilder, wow!!!!!!! can they make a new one?? especially with the newer technology we have plus those custom builders of cars, surely they can make a good prototype.

I'm with you there, a life-size Hover Pilder to go, please! :D

Imagine if it were the blueprint for personal transportation
twenty years from now... no more crowded thruways, we'd
travel places and commute to work/school by low altitude
in mid-air in Pilders. ;D

I have seen the Mazinger Z which has been given in that link. I also commented there for that toy, if I want to get that toys, then what I have to do? Can you like to tell me? I think you have more information about that toy.
