Well when I meant design wise I meant the joint system, ratchet joints etc. But you are correct the more products we have on the market the better it is for fans. Plus I have a feeling Bandai will completely overhaul their SOC Grendizer. But since you have such a good start in this line you need to continue it with REGULAR releases' and find a way to ignore that 800lb gorilla of the hobby by finding a distinct voice in a already crowded market, perhaps enemy mech, bases etc. Personally I prefer GX-04S but I do like this figure too my only problem if I collected this line would be the size, if it were a tad larger it would "look" better with the SOC line and thus have another added incentive for collectors. You either have to complement the SOC line (Aoshima, Maxfactory) or go a completely different route (Fewture) they took or have regular releases that will quickly build up the line IMHO. But like I said it's a very good first effort.

But like I said it's a very good first effort. well chen, I believe that we know what we are doing. 9 years that HD is on the market, far from being a first effort, with tons of grendizer goods released and re re released. The proposed design of grendizer here is already wayyyy different than what Bandai, aoshima, whoever would do, so overhaul by Bandai do or not, I don't think they would start to copy what we did, so it really does not matter at all....we don't care. Also size is different and we will not change it, we are not here to 'complete' whatever other line, a choice that we made right from the start. Its funny because I do have the feeling that you are always commenting like if you do not have our product right in front of you, to really understand what we are talking about you see. Otherwise for the regulare release, we will do as we usually do, we release our product when we feel them ready. if it is regularly it is great, if not you will just have to wait. release by fewture are far from being regulare btw, they are our distributor here in Japan so we know what we are talking about... Thanks for your advice though...

Said it, the 02 is on the way ! , just can't tell what it is yet..., but here is a hint, it will please the grendizer fans first, 03 will be a totally different license, somewhere between the DIE CAST spaizer for the metaltech:grendizer will be released as well.

So, it is a Grendizer enemy. I just can't believe my beloved Mazinger Z has been "dissed" this way!

Despite what some may say, there really IS such a thing as "too many Mazingers", at least from a sales point of view. It's hard for a manufacturer to ignore the fact that there's a GX-45 in the same general price range on the market right now. It'd be hard for an end consumer to ignore it, too.

We will anyway release a Metaltech MazingerZ, with dynamic design / posing possibilities, and accessories similar to the metaltech grendizer, but just not right now... we just signed for other license and our release schedule is full till mid 2010.

The best to know where to get it at retail is to contact our distributor in USA, PBM Express usa llc; shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.688859/n.1/.fHope this will help, and if PBM Express do not have it anymore, then you will need to wait for a reproduction, or you can buy it on auction site such as eBay, but prices tend to be a bit high...

you know what I realized now that Ive had this a couple of weeks? I dont treat it like its made out of glass! That is a HUGE plus for me. I was so scared to move it around when I first got it because I dont have prior experience with Metaltech, but it is awesome. Paint has not chipped even though Ive handled it a bit. Another plus. This definetely wont be my last Metaltech
