;D Have Gundam SD toys gotten any respect as of late? I ask this question from time to time to see IF age has helped their reputation

I got a few - I let my nephew play with instead of my good stuff! Never caught the show.

Anyone else into SD? Man, I'm wondering if it will ever catch on. I do note that innovative toys need good PR. -Like the first Clover Gundam toys.....

Just read a bunch of reviews on the SDX - Knight Gundam. Pretty awesome, with diecast to boot.
On a side note, how come SD Gundam threads are not under the Gundam forum? I started a SDX thread there, then realized there are a couple threads here.

I have just about every one of the Bandai's from the 80's.As well as every other SD.Icould find at the time.I prolly will get the new SD.Knight Gundam even though it's basically a souped up version of the original.Prolly bigger and more gokin content. From what I've seen it does look nice. The upcoming version is eh.looks too much muh like the myriad of model kits in that genre.
