thanks but how can i use yahoo japan with japanese lang.? You could use a third party site like Rinkya- www.rinkya.com/Or use ebay, which is what I did. I have the chrome black-winged version, and the figure is quite choice! ;D The slickest looking version, in my opinion. The toy is very heavy; I can't help but get a little nervous when I place him on the same shelf as my chogokin Gurren Lagann & Getters.. I almost feel like the weight will break the shelf! Shoulder and elbow articulation is decent; the extendable arm trick lets you get some ok poses. Leg articulation is limited, but I guess you'd need to make the thing out of rubber to duplicate all of the poses seen in the anime. All in all, I think this piece is incredible! An impressive representation of an impressive robot. ;D

I'm surprised Tsurugi hasn't posted a comment on this thread. I think he has every Mazinkaiser that's been produced so far by Aoshima. LOL thanx for the honorable mention roboto i am actually missing only one version of the aoshima kaizers. its the red wing variant of the ankoku dai shogun/mazinkaiser box verisons. still can't find it. but yeah these are a little harder to come by nowadays. especially if you are trying to track down ALL of them, especially the initial 5; good luck. i grabbed these when they first came out so tracking them down wasn't too much of a challenge. if you want more pics of each version let me know. i know i made a crude but comprehensive guide to the versions along with their respective boxes with their identifying stickers to help collectors distinguish one from the other. the thread is somewhere in the collection section. Good luck on tracking them down. if you like heavy solid diecast robots you won't be disappointed. if you're a completist like me, again i say good luck to you bro in tracking them down now Erik

here is the box/variant guide OVA version (white arms and thighs) This is imo the rarest version. Can't remember the name so we'll call it... Variant II (Blue-ish hue on arms and thighs, green detailing on neck area) Kawaii Shokai Black Wing Version Black Wing Kawaii Shokai Ankoku Box Version Black Wing Version I Ankoku Box Version Black Wing Version II Purple Variant (I could be wrong but i think mazinkaiser appeared like this in an SRW game) And that's all that I have. I'm sure everyone knows the max factory version pretty well by now so i didnt post the box. Again im just missing the Ankoku Box version Red Wing (you'll know it's the red wing version because there is no sticker on the box) And the Original Five one last time I love Maz figures. they definitely look outstanding all posed together. I say the more the better; I actually like Bandai releasing more Maz variants. I don't think it's bad at all in my very humble opinion. It's like saying that there are too many Optimus Prime figures and that that's a bad thing . Again I'm a completist so I'm already crazy anyways Hope this helps your search Erik

I had it since the beginning, since it first came out. I don't know how rare is this one today, but I really like him.
I think I bought him from a contact in Singapore or something like that.

I notice that some of the Mazinkaiser figures has like a grey elbow joint part. are they made on metal or are just simple repaints?

... and I want a Fewture Ryoma Black Getter, but I don't think anyone will give it to me if I don't even ask nicely. Also, GOOGLE is a good place to look for that sort of things.
