It does look pretty gorgeous, but I don't think it'll be cheap.

About $190 plus shipping, so no, it won't be! ToynToys got it for preorder at around $135 + shipping. My coversion is using euros, then USD. So i don't know if it works the same for you guys if you do it directly to $.

Anyone know what the main differences are in comparison to GX-03? i.e. aside from gimmicks, better construction, engineering? I can't seem to tell from the pictures.
If this was done in a color scheme like GX-31V...

Well, gimmicks, construction, engineering, proportion... those are fairly big ones.
Some specific details - leg poseability - better proportions - clear cockpits vs. painted on GX-03 - less (none? We'll see) parts removal for transformation - and of course, $$price$$.

It is too early to spot the big difference now. According to the 3D diagram and prototype, the head is different, shoulders are new design, elbow joins are thicker, new fists, tank wheels are mounted higher, hip join is added, ankle can move .......... ;D
BTW, the price is higher!!!

Not sure if the difference really justify buying another one. Looks like its a release mainly for folks that skipped GX-03 and all its re-issues.

Same size as before 240mm. Plus I don't think the boosters and wheels on the back of the arms will stay, they were removable before for Anime accuracy so why would that change now for a updated version. These are still prototypes and it's not in the line drawing, plus you can see added details from prototype to prototype like the little antennas at the side of the head.

same height wise? the GX-50 looks like it is "beefier' than the GX-03?
