Does anyone know if it is possible to get replacement parts from CMS? My Star GaoGaiGar Version 2 (the one with the poseable hands) has had one of the little pegs that holds the left hand to it's ball joint break off. I've put some hot glue on the right hand and it's stopped slipping out like that, so I'm not worried about a break on that side, but the left won't hold together even with the glue. Is there an email address or something that I could use to request a replacement hand?

Man.. sorry to hear that, I wrote to CMs once via regular mail to ask for a replacement GGG knee, they did send the part but unfortunately I think they have stopped that service now.

Or you can ask HLJ to get them for you - but you will have to pay for the price of the part and the shipping cost. Just email them your request and the picture of the parts that you need to questions@hlj.com
I had to do this when I lost my CMS Ingram's shoulder antenna. It may take them awhile to find the parts that you need, so please wait patiently. It took them one week before they replied in my case.
BTW, the antenna cost me 1,000 Yen for the parts + 580 Yen for shipping it to my place, but my Ingram is complete again.

I'm pretty sure they would, if they have the parts in stock.
