Guys..i FINALLY opened mine.
Wow...Its lot smaller then i thought, BUT!! Its shockingly heavy and dense due to ton of diecast. His feet are diecast...most of his core limbs or skeleton and joints are made of beautiful shiny burnished alloy. Super complex compound metal ankle joint...WOW!! Most of his outer plastic parts are actually painted!! With super fine and perfect tampo all over the thing its just gorgeous. His many many accessories are just perfect! Gorgeous!! This thing looks so much better in person. Feels great, cold heavy, a hand candy!! No wonder hes got a Chogokin designation...
I do have couple of cons but dont let those get in the way.... Styro coffin...bad. His top half could be tiny smidgen bigger. Some joints are scary tight!!
If you see him for under $100 Do NOT hesitate. do me a favor buy him. You absolutely will not regret this purchase. I highly highly recommend him. There a lot worse purchase for that price...like Evolution Toys anything.
Blows anything and everything from any company away for just one hundred dollar. Wow.

Yeah, I got the RX-78-02 recently too and I was blown away as well. It's basically a proto Metal Build considering how much of it is diecast, especially compared to other GFFMC's which don't have nearly as much metal.

Have anyone bought the GFF MC Banshee/Banshee Norn/Unicorns? If so, can you share your opinions on them? Their design is making my eyes roll.

Have anyone bought the GFF MC Banshee/Banshee Norn/Unicorns? If so, can you share your opinions on them? Their design is making my eyes roll. You come to the right place. I happen to own all three. Articulation: The articulation for all three are exactly the same, and they are not great, but it's not terrible. The knee only bends about 90 degree due to the armor parts blocking it. The elbow turns about 120 degree. Transformation: The transformation is close to MG kit, but better due to some die cast parts. No loose parts/joints, so you don't have to worry about parts falling off during the transformation Design: I can say this is the best unicorn design you can get with Katoki been the supervisor of this GFFMC line. They look great even just standing still on your shelf. Joints: Most joints are tight other than the knee which is somewhat wobbly/loose when in destroy mode and waist won't stay up to show the psycoframe. (Banshee being the worst, Banshee norn and Unicorn awakening seems to have it tighter probably due to a later release) Stand: Stand is somewhat poor. You don't get the nice MB stand, but you get a plastic pole stand which can only help it standing straight. I bought a MG 1/100 stand separately and it works great and will support the weight. www.amazon.com/Bandai-Hobby-Action-Display-Stand/dp/B000KG499MNub marks: There are some visible nub marks especially on the weapons. Not very noticable on the figure itself Banshee Norn: I wish they will include light saber effects parts that attaches on the resolver. I think this is the biggest con i can conplaint about Banshee norn. For a $150 figure, there is no excuse to not including that. Unicorn Awakening: The gattling gun attach on forearm can limit the shoulder movement If you want to get unicorn, you should get the final battle version. I tried to give you mostly con to give you a perspective and expectation. I am sure you can find all the pros about this kit, price, look, design, etc.

("thank you") You are right, a tour on Youtube reviews only shows pros and not cons. I really want people to shake up their unicorns and see what may happen. But none did. After reading your insight, I'll consider grabbing either the Norn or the Unicorn Final Battle. Really like the black color paint that it has.

Seeking some assistance, please: I was unboxing #1015 Final Battle Ver. Unicorn Gundam and the left fist/hand socket is super loose. So, in other words, any of the fist/hand alternates I slide into the socket has very little resistance and if say, I have the hand hold the rifle, you just have to nudge the hand and it will fall off. Any suggestions how I can find a way to tighten the socket so that the fists/hands that go into it are not so loose? Thanks in advance. Side-rant: Having some socket problems indeed here...Compounding the issue with this particular GFFMC, the side skirt -- surprise, on the left side -- fell off and to my horror, the blueish-green socket broke! So, I've since applied some rubber cement (on second coating) and praying the small chunk that broke off will stay so that I can gently snap it back to the peg. Otherwise, this is going to suck big-time. First time opening the toy and obviously, the point of returns and etc. has longggg past. Sigh. Anyways, I need help with the fist, please!

You can apply nail palish on the ball joint and wait for it to dry up and it will add some resistance to the joint.
The other way is to place a small paper towel/tissue at the opening hole and just push the ball soclet into the hole ams that way it will add resistance to it.
Second option is safe and will absolutely not damaging your figure in the process. Nail polish works but there is slight chance you accident apply a couple drops to the surfance.

(I made the figure leaner to my liking, forgive me Mr. Katoki)

Question for the nail-polish route: Could I apply it into the socket instead of the ball joint? If I do it this way, I would just need to apply it to one spot versus all the left hands/fists.

Reading up on #1015, it seems like loose fists are a problem. Peachy. For the broken socket on the left skirt, I've gently reattached it to the ball joint on the waist and so far so good. I won't breathe on it ever again.

Well, tried the nail polish courtesy of my wife but unless there's a brand I need, it did not work. Put a bunch of it on a toothpick and dabbed the socket where the hand/fist would be connected but after allowing a few minutes to dry, it is still very loose.

Paper towel/tissue should work, but you will just have to apply new piece every time you swap hands. =/

The white glue kids use in school. They are safe and I have used them to tighten joints on my gunplas back in the days . You can just put some on one of the balls, then push it into the socket, move it around a bit and pull it back out to dry. You can even leave it in if you want since the glue is not strong so when you move or pull, the glue will always break way before the plastic .

For now, #1015 is displayed with the left hand not holding anything since it'll just pop off, hahaha...but, I'll try your suggestion this weekend as I just realized I have too many of the GFFMC and Metal Builds being right handed.

Take note that they only have substandard boxes meaning if you want your boxes to be in mint condition, you will be disappointed.
