"Why my shoulders hurt?"
It's like the pads are jumping up to say hello and get noticed.

They are adjustable. I didn't fiddle with them to much. They can go low too.

They're supposed to go down. That's the joke.

Thanks for the heads-up, Coldiron! I got my Prime too. ^__^
I'm amazed at how complicated the transforming process is. It really seems like he ought to be a Leader Class. The spring-loaded rifle gimmick is kinda neat.
There are some things about him that I'm not so pleased with (no waist articulation, and so so coloring). Over all, I really do like this iteration of Prime - especially the head.
Now, I hope FP makes a trailer! I'm kinda sick of this "Prime sans trailer" business. >_<;

Holy crap! I keep transforming Prime back and forth - this guy's tough! It's not until the very end of the process that either way ends up looking like anything. It's weird.
The poseability is ok - I can hit a couple good ones. He's a little back heavy, though. 'Toma Nene' is proving rather difficult. And no waist articulation at all.

So I finally transformed BumbleBee. I admit I was not huge on his robot mode at first, but just seeing the engineering involved in the transformation, I hope this is a sign of the future of transformers. Even though these figures are slightly smaller than some might hope, they are a whole lot of toy for $10-12.

Game him huffer's tow hook. I could see Prime with a tow truck or fire truck weapon accessory.

They need to make a voyager version for Prime. BB is a tad too big compared to him.

I dunno, the hole where the gun peg goes would be perfect. Plus, there's the slots above the rear wheels. Armor would be sweet, but some of the extraneous bits (like on his arms) might be tough to deal with. I'd be fine with the trailer folding out into a giant cannon. Maybe even a ride on.

Just a heads-up, I found the War for Cybertron figures (and the classics 3.0s) on an endcap in the R-Zone of Toys R Us, rather than in the Transformers aisle where the new Power Core and RotF figures were. Keep an eye out, they might not all be in the same place at your local stores.

Have there been any sightings for Walmart yet? I'm starting to think they're going to be waiting for the August release date.

Have there been any sightings for Walmart yet? I'm starting to think they're going to be waiting for the August release date. Haven't seen them at Targets or Walmarts. Only at TRU so far, and many of them already sold out. I got lucky last week scoring a Prime (saw others but didn't bother). It is actually a very nice Prime in past years. While not digging the 'cartoony' truck mode as much, I love the bot mode a lot. Its Prime with a lot of bulk but done right (LOL Fatimus Prime from Energon). Very slick head design, a lot of detail on the sculpt, joints are overall very sturdy (except the hip ball joints and neck, which can be fixed easy with super glue or nail polish). Very interesting transfomation, which is complex, but not frustrating like Leader Movie Prime. Parts line up well and goes into place easily, regardless being complicated with multiple folds & twists. And got to love the extra holes it has that you can peg on more weapons you can find (I let him borrowed 2 guns from my Henkei & Classic Prime holding upside down on each hand, like a heavy gatling gun or a side-handled baton). Overall, its a very refreshing take on Prime, and I think I like it more than my Henkei/Classic line (not counting any Fan Project add-ons), without being too weird or too out there. Just G1 Prime with a lot more bulk, details, and complexity. Heck, the toy even look nicer than the CG counterpart in the game LOL. Very nice figure

I went to a second TRU in the area a few days later and they had the case assortment mixed into the regular facing. I guess it's still luck of the draw, but I'd say its definitely worth checking in the R-Zone just in case.
