I think it is going to be quite a design and enginnering challenge for Bandai. Old - DX chogokin Daltanias Toy Commercial
I hope Bandai will do a good job.

Interesting combination - a spaceship, a lion, and a robot, huh? So far this one isn't interesting me much, not having any knowledge of the source material, but it'll be interesting to see how the engineering develops and if Bandai does anything cool with it.

Very cool! The proportions look real nice. This will definitely reinject the hobby with a lot of interest from collectors. Things seem slow these days.

I wonder what the pricetag will be on it... probably the same as Daitarn's or New Combattler?

Sweet! One of my childhood favorite. While my passion for this is not as great as CM's Classic Jeeg, I am pretty sure this will be part of my collection no doubt. Just last weekend, I was handling a vintage 'lion' on a used toys lot at the San Jose Toy Show, wondering how long will it take for a SOC Daltanius to show up. Guess the toy gods heard my thoughts LOL.

If this is true then it should be slightly bigger than Com-Battler or Voltes. It also looks like it has a nice beefy proportions compared to the old skinny short armed vintage toy.
