I'm still waiting for mine to arrive at BBTS warehouse so they can ship it to me already. I lost track of how long GX-60 has been out but it seems like a long long time ago.......

Where did you find the risers? I got ones for mine at Tap Plastics, they make all kinds of small plastic boxes that work REALLY well as riser

Got mine, nothing wrong and every things perfect but it is a brick but still very cool. But you can tell it's not as heavy as it should be compared to past large SOC's. Which is both good and bad, it's bad cuz you miss that heft when you pick up a Ideon or Godmars but it's good because those two of mine have become pretty loose and do the old diecast wobble when your trying to pose them. Still it's heavy enough and I think it will stay "tighter" than past large SOC's.

I received an email from the owner of toyfreakz saying that they will be shipping out today to Tuesday. I'm assuming that it depends on how early you PO'd with them. I've ordered the GX 23 Zambot 3 from them and was very satisfied ($149.99! Which incidentally is still available at this price on their site) I've noticed that they may be a little slow to update the status of your order so you may want to send them an email regarding your order. The owner always replies immediately. =)

Image Anime is in NY state and they dont have theirs yet, luckily I ordered my two from two different sources in Japan AmiAmi and AnimeExport. You guys that are waiting I dont get it,just cancel at BBTS and order through Anime Export you get it in 3 days tops and shipping isnt that crazy.Id rather spend a bit extra than wait forever.Just a suggestion.I mean in this hobby money is really secondary as these things are so expensive anyhow. All the waiting stress isnt worth saving 20 or 40$,is it?

I really dislike how Amiami's website can't show you actual shipping costs when you place your order. You basically have to know what the weight of your item is and look up the prospective shipping costs via a shipping/cost matrix.
You only find out after you place your order. =/

Exactly. I can understand ordering from these sites if it's something you won't be able to find elsewhere, but whats the point if it ends up costing more on a normal release. I'll wait a couple of weeks for a better price on a preorder because in the long run the additional savings will allow you to make that additional purchase. Hell yeah, I want to buy these collectibles at the cheapest price i can get them for. Also keep in mind that the price of these figures have gone up so much that sometimes you shouldn't worry about "missing out" because there will always be somebody out there trying to sell theirs off.

I just interjected because it seems those who havent gotten him yet seem worried or anxious or whatever, all Im saying is its not worth the aggravation. But if money is the issue I guess thats up to you.I was just adding that this is not a cheap hobby, for those who can afford the high prices already whats another few bucks to have your robot at release time? Its just fun getting them early and the anticipation, and getting them when the early buying collectors do..I dont know its just worth the rush of that for me,and Im also super impatient to boot.Maybe Im being crazy here, but thats just how I am lol.But in the end we will all have them on our shelves so....!! Im just a bit neurotic and have to have the stuff asap which does end up being more costly in the end.

That's understandable, and I used to be the same way, but the average cost of figures have gone up so much that getting it sooner sometimes means a $40 to $60 premium, and that's only on the mid level stuff. But one thing I've realized is that if a figure seems overpriced to me, and later on sells out or ends up costing more then the upside is it that it still frees up cash for future purchases. In this hobby there will be always something in the future that will be lusted after.

You only find out after you place your order. =/ If you want a very very close estimate, almost exact price, for shipping cost from Amiami, just find the same item in HLJ's website and it will tell you how much your shipping is going to be. Amiami and HLJ charge almost exactly the same for EMS and SAL shipping respectively. However, I've always paid a little bit less shipping from Amiami. }D
