Found a Megatron and Wreck-Gar at Marshalls and TJMaxx today. I pretty much now have all the ones I missed but the little red car and I am ok with that. I just wish I had not wasted so much gas hunting these down since I happened to find them all at the same place.

It's because the Stepper/Ricochet figure itself is expensive to begin with. You have to purchase that Magazine for like 25-30$ to get the coupon to buy the figure. Then the figure itself cost like 25-30$ and then there is some kind of a Shipping and Processing fee on top of that. So even if you live in Japan, and you have to be reside in Japan and have a Japan address to buy this figure, it would still cost around 60 to 80$. That is why these magazine exclusive figures cost so much. Of course, lots of these don't really sell all that well, like Clear Henkei Mirage and Ghost Starscream that were exclusive in those other magazines, just wait it out and it will be cleared out at the 60-80$ range on sale.

Wow 120 for a deluxe figure. I'd personally slap someone right in the face for paying that lol

Just got the reveal the shield legend megatron from amazon. I can't believe how stupid the US laws are that even a tiny little figure that transforms to a puny floppy gun would also be required to have orange tip. Not only that, it's a molded orange tip that replaces the would be silver barrel (ie not removable). I'm so pissed right now. Gonna have to paint that damn thing.

why didnt Hasbro ever released Jazz, Tracks and Wheeljack in Canada....is it US exclusives??? Distribution for the RtS line sucked pretty hard no matter where you live. I'm in the states and the only time I saw Jazz and Tracks at retail was at a clothing store for 150% MSRP -- and I felt lucky. Wheeljack, though, was part of Generations and much easier to find. You can get one for $8.50 on BBTS right now: www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS19800&mode=retail

why didnt Hasbro ever released Jazz, Tracks and Wheeljack in Canada....is it US exclusives??? Same reason why we here in the States didn't get first Edition voyager Transformers Prime Optimus and Bulkhead, along with FE wave 1.5 Cliffjumper and Vehicon. Also, we didn't get them deluxe DVD two packs. So this is a Habsro distribution problem thing. I don't think they (Hasbro) understand what is selling and what doesn't sell.

Hasbro's opinion:
"people love the DOTM pile of crap. Every kid would want 3 bumblebees of each variant, and we should give them at least 1,500 bumblebee variants to satisfy their bee cravings"
"after intense market research, it was discovered that folks love combiners! Combiners will sell very well!" -----> "based on this new finding, let's see what our consumer's bottom line is, let's make an ugly combiner to see if consumers will buy, and if they do we'll never need to spend R&D effort to make a good looking one and still make tons of money"

BUMBLEBEE is really crap.....the only time BB made it BIG was when the 1st movie was release 2007....that was almost 5 years ago...ok kids love it.....but how about the other TF bots.....
the only combiners that are really cool are those from the third party TF maker....
Hasbro should consider changing heir market strategy, lets face it TF fans have already eveolve.....kids.....teens and the feeling teens (grown ups).....lol

And I'm mystified why they packed three bumblebees per case in each of the first two waves of the TF prime deluxes, while soundwave, ratchet, and arcee were one per case.
BB was by far the worst figure of the bunch.

I have to say out of all those Jazz is the best. If you can score a lugnut as well, he was a great figure.
