Off topic but a Super Robot to me is a Super Hero Robot.In a way the pilot puts on a colorful costume which is the robot itself.The pilot is also the alias, as Clark Kent is to Superman so is Koji Kabuto to Mazinger.So basically without the costume/robot there is no Super Hero or Super Robot,all we have left is the pilot or a guy without a cape.
Just something ive been thinking about looking at how the colorful 70s/80s era of SRs compare to the colorful 70s/80s Super Heroes of DC and Marvel comics.

Nope... Not for me. Right now I'm only interested in that SOC Mazinger Z teased with the Voltes V for the 40th anniversary of the toy line. Which, from the pics, looked pretty much show accurate, and of the same size as the previous SOC release. But these are just weird... I mean, nevermind the Mazinger/Getter hybrid, the blue-greenish recolouring is almost disturbing  |

Yah, those recolors' prices are terrible for us but great for Bandai, Are these recolors sold out anywhere? Anyone know they are selling well?
