I don't see a Dai-X in there, malt house it wouldn't surprise me. It was one of their earliest yet most disappointing offerings. Horribly fragile. The Jeegs in Baron Karza and Force Comander colors are amusing. I wonder if they will get permission to include the Mego head sculpts? That would make them must haves. I also see a Kotetsujin Jeeg in there. Good for them Jeegs are by design the one thing their magnet gimmick does well. Those Tetsujin 28's look very large, and I don't see any magnet joints? Could they be vinyls?

I'll get the SD Grendizer. Of all the Dynamite Action! figures I've got, Grendizer is a favorite.

I know that is anime-accurate Gakeen. But I wish for more human proportion.

Got my Dai Guard.
The box is heavy and dense. Love that. Ill put up a detailed impression asap.
Love AmAmi packing. Packed very very well only with recyclable papers. Easy Peasy disposable.

Well i just opened it and had a chance to handle him.... The figure itself is Lot lighter then expected. Weird because the box seems so heavy. The sculpt is dead on. The perfect ET sculpt. ET took time and effort to put great amount of details even on the bottom of its feet. Beautiful. The paint itself is brilliant. The infamous loose toe joints on previous releases are no more due to those wonderful ratchets. I cant tell which parts are pvc.....hands prob. But even they are really hard. I had to press really hard with nails to make any mark on it. Less pvc is ALWAYS better....no exception. Cons.... Due to where more of the magnets and steel balls located, its bit top heavy. As soon as i opened the box, the toxic chemical fumes...bad...luckly disipated fairly quickly. Due to the uneven surface of some parts of the figure, The paint app is bit uneven compared to previous releases. If You look closely, you can observe bit of slop and inaccurate application on eyes. There're also spots that are matt glossy parts of figure. The metalic paint on limbs are chrome....dont let the photos fool you. Its not powder metalic as promo photos would suggest. The reds are a blood red, not warm orangy red as the glam shots would suggest. The side skirts are NOT on a hinge.....it just pops out for no reason. Looks like they couldnt make up its mind and just decided not to glue it....wth. The left shoulder is loose. This is NOT due to a weak magnet but rather its compound joint ET put on top of the megnet joint. Material wise, you can tell the plastic is of plastic thats closer to plastic model then that of indestructable SRC. The usual ET fair... Overall im pretty happy with it since i only paid around $70 shipped. No way in hell this is a over $100 figure. To be that, it needs diecast parts. It needs better ABS plastic. Then they can dare to ask me the MSRP. ET, please start to implement metal on feet. It will greatly serve you. The S Metal Jeeg is a great start. I wish ET much success on that one. UPDATE: He now already sometimes have hard time just standing because... Again, its His compound friction ankle joints, NOT the actual magnet that becomes loose after few poses... The magnet is fine. If ET didnt add the more joints and left the ankle alone with just Magnet then it would have been fine. Bad material engineering..Bandai would have secure the froction joints by adding a rubber or nylon to hold the joint better.

Good to know. I've been eyeing DaiGuard occasionally. I've so far skipped him. He's one of my favorite robots, many I love the SRC version. I haven't been sure what to make of ET's offering.

Yeah, he is not bad of a figure for $70 shipped. You wont have a buyers remorse if you know ETs offerings.
Update: Now the shoulder compound joint is loose so the shoulder extendable joint will just slide out on a whim... again, this is not a $100 toy. No way.

The price is what frustrates me to no end with these things. They are great toys. Just not at the MSRP that they are offered. I have both Braiger and the Babel II Poseiden, that I think I paid less than $100 combined for the pair. At that price they are unbeatable. Just pure fun figures that really stand out. At the ~ $130 MSRP? Hell no!

Oh wow! Is that a MANGA Getter 1? Indeed it is.. cool. Don't know if I'll be getting it, I like the slightly simpler look of the TV version.

i hope this set includes a Gordam body to make them a seperate stand alone display figures.. otherwise this is another ET product that doesent justify that ridiculous price..
