I have it. It is a really nice figure and amazing shelf presence. Really pops out amongst the other figures. The joints are kinda squeeky (tight) but boy is it nicely articulated. Heavier than I expected it to be. Feels like the whole leg is diecast and waste. Some of the plate joints are not as cleanly painted as I would have liked. No major flaws, just minor ones. Only things you notice holding it and looking closely. Up on the shelf this figure looks amazeballs.

Not so lucky on my sample. Was quite looking forward to it opening it today, then come across issue after issue.
- Got quite a few paint flaws on mine. Most of the face plates are jacked up, with those thick grey lines ruining the expressions, sometimes lines look wiggly, other times one side short and one side long. Look completely different from the package/promo pics (which has very sharp thin lines, and none on the mouth). Instead we got amateur grey Gundam Marker application... Got 3 big white paint blobs on thighs (try to cover some major chip on the thigh), then little small chips on crouch, marks on the gold chest, and a bit chipping on the legs. At least these are minor.
- Most of the joints are squeaky tight, but once again it failed on one of the crucial joint, the hip. The right hip on mine is quite loose. When I try to tighten the screw on the socket, turn out the screw is striped inside (great...). The weak hip cause the figure to slide the legs around too much on the smooth stand. But the ball joint is metal, so makes it harder to use the super glue trick to add friction, and the stripped screw didn't help either.
- Iffy fitment on the blue wrist cuffs, which all the plain non-weapon ones fall off on both arms with a slight touch. Wings on forehead was really hard to attach, almost thought I was breaking something before I finally get both on after 15 mins...
The only saving grace is the very sturdy stand, which help support the figure in a cool pose and serve it as a nice display piece at least. But touching it a bit, the heavy legs will slide around, while lifting the figure mid-air will have the heavy legs flop down at the hip (so much for aerial poses). So this is 2 very flawed Megahouse Hi-Spec figures for me (my first Gurran also has a bunch of issues, but I managed to fix most of them). Rahxephon is visually very cool looking, and it has articulations that can strike a very nice arrow shooting pose (props to the design). But the finish production got kind of messed up in the QC, leaving me quite a sour taste for the 2nd time. I think I am done for this line, which is unfortunate. Was hoping to get a very simple solid figure that I can handle and pose often (without much gimmicks, and regardless of the slightly high price). But instead, I got another fiddly 'display piece', exactly what I was not hoping for.

LOL! Yes, I must have a lucky star! Well, that is until I got the Evolution Toy Atlanger. I opened it today for the first time and the right elbow steel sphere was loose. It came unglued from the peg. I guess my luck ran out... }|

Hi all, here's the review for the Megahouse Variable Action Hi-Spec Rahxephon Opening Credits Please click to begin video playback Wow… this is the manual? Dormant mode (when Ayato Kamina isn’t inside) Activated mode Rahxephon in action! Please click to begin video playback. Cutter Requires removing the default wrist cover and replacing it with the Cutter one. Arrow of Light Arrow easily clips onto the fingers. Voice Attack (Howling Face) Display stand TERRA is an acronym for "Tereno Empireo Rapidmova Reakcii Armeo," which is Esperanto for "Earth Empire Rapid Response Army”. Megahouse included a “Visor Face” accessory, I just can’t remember where this one came out in the show, anyone know? With the Soul of Chogokin Reideen Weigh in Reideen – 251 Grams Rahxephon -203 Grams Rahxephon “borrowed” several elements from Reideen the Brave, including the Fade-In, the arrow attack and the voice attack. I could be wrong but I don’t think we ever got a proper Reideen and Rahxephon combo attack in the SRW games? The Good-Rahxephon roughly stands 8” tall and weighs 203 Grams. -Diecast parts include --Whole Legs --Feet -Optional face plates (Normal, Awakened, Visor Face, Howling Face) -Arrow of Light clips on very well to the proper hand. Better than SOC Reideen does on his. -Magnetic lock for the window box cover (classy!) The Bad-Plugging in the wings is a bit tricky, not too difficult but overall, I would’ve preferred a swappable head instead. -Some very minor paint chipping on mine in the feet area coming into contact with the leg/ankle armor. I guess it can’t be helped. -Very, very floppy groin joints. The legs just flop around when you lean the toy sideways. Makes some advanced poses risky to do. The UglyGold plastic syndrome? Almost all of the joints are made from this material. I’m not 100% certain but I’ve had very bad experiences with this type of plastic, they tend to brittle very quickly over time to point of disintegrating with the slightest touch. If you’ve ever owned a Transformers Generation 2 Aerialbot Slingshot, you’ll know what I’m talking about. I’m really hoping that this isn’t the case here but only time will tell. Overall, it’s decent, but like I said, the plastic material used for the toy seems worrisome. Time will tell if it will suffer the same fate as some toys, but as far as the toy itself goes, I’m okay with it. No real complaints outside of the leg joints. Quality control is hit or miss though. Gold

Great review Gold. Had not thought about the gold joints. I wish they had been actual metal joints like on the upcoming Sentinel Black Getter. Oh well. Let us hope they are made of better plastic than the aforementioned Transformer.

Which exact brand did you use? }D Hey man sorry on teh late reply just saw it,cant remember exact brand, but it was a 2 part epoxy, any good brand should work.It dried so good,it can NEVER be removed!and its easy to tighten up the excess epoxy as it dries so you cant see it was was repaired, just smooth it out and wipe away excess with a damp Q-tip.
