The ankle joints... tiny... but certainly strong. Adding a smooth black rubber cylinder with a good diameter will be enough good to make it nice. CM's is going better and better... thats why I love this company.

Gunan IV is still available at AmiAmi. I thought I got the last one, but I guess somebody canceled out today. If you want one get it now before it sells out again!

I just got mine... The box itself had no tape. Styro coffin had no tapes. The figure just flew out when I slide the styro out of the box. One of the ankle poped out during the process and now I can't get it back on..
I tried everything. Since the feet is a molded diecast I can't take it apart to put it back on......When I tried to force it on foot just give in like there's spring and simply pops it back out.....
I'm now in panick mode. Do any bros know how good the return policy at AmiAmi?

id definately try to grease up that ball and shove it in somehow.,, ,or lightly sand down the ball on the foot til it clicks in the socket..It has to go in somehow. If your brave take the leg apart and use a vice or a C-clamp to squeeze the parts together, the way it looks CM's had to pop them in so it can be done..AmiAmi should give you a refund,as I doubt they have more in stock if you get no luck..

After" the freak out" settled down, I somehow manage to wiggle the foot back on. Now I don't know how stable it is now but....
Just now, The other foot popped off while I tried the pull down foot feature...to articulate it more. Before you judge me too harshily as a robot killer or as a toy abuser, this never happen to any of my forty or so diecast figures...so
This is a premium figure with ton of die cast and many clicky joints. The hip and ankle joints are hefty diecast. But it's not w/o quorks. Be very wary with feet and hands when handling this figure. Hole in the hand to accomodate the plastic ball joints on arms noticeably small.....I greased it with silicone and still had hard time puting it on...The skirt is little flimsy too. I really question CM's' the decision to mold the feet in one piece.

Thanks Baron. The first thing I did was grease the ball joint with silicone. Didn't work as it just springed or popped the feet back out..It was the weirdest thing...
All I can say is just becareful taking this beauty out of the box and once out treat it with respect(?) and don't play with feet too roughly. I'm going to keep mine as it's just absolute beauty with plenty of die cast but it's not with out faults on my copy anyway.... It's a display piece for sure.
Hahaha the torse also came off while removeing a plastic protector...good thing is it went back on without any problem. The torso is also on metal ball joint. Now, I don't understand why they didn't make the hand ball joint metal too.....

Im surprised this thread died down, I thought more of us would have this. I love this figure..I too have a bum foot that comes off easy. Same side as yours too. Maybe its a mold issue. It doesnt quite feel like it pops into place securely. In fact if I eyeball it with ghe other leg, it def doesnt pop in all the way. Good luck working with amiami. They place a little disclaimer in their boxes about not being able to help people outside Japan. I needed help on a few things and they always say gheir sold out and have no replacements, then its still available on the site... ive gotten small refunds before but its just not worth the hassle. However, one time I needed to replace a part on an expensive chogokin, got the whole sorry email about not being able to replace it and then out of the blue, I get an email that an employee offered up their part for me but I felt bad in taking someones part so I left it be. Nice of em though but overall dont expect much. After" the freak out" settled down, I somehow manage to wiggle the foot back on. Now I don't know how stable it is now but.... I don't have this figure, so I really can't say for sure, but you don't think it woukd be possible to fix the hole in the foot (feet) with a Dremel and some resin? I would definitely give it a try, since the foot is messed up anyway. What do you think?

It feels like it isnt popping into the socket but judging by the dpth of the socket there is no space for it to pop into... like its a bad mold. Could be due to the the one-piece desing of the foot. I dont think I have that issue, but i dont want to stress the foot just to see.Very odd two of you have this issue.Did you have trouble getting the hands on Chachi? You dont even have to stress it, just the action of extending the ankles caused my foot to pop off. The first time it fell off was really a few seconds after taking it out of the box. I didnt think much of it because it was a simple ball joint. I put the foot in and it stays unless i try and move it around then it comes off..like its not popped in the socket. I dont remember if I messed around with the hands but Ill assume that if everyone elses is tough to get on, mine will be too. I just did a quick review of it and put it in my display case. For a while I had the rocket boosters sticking out of the head...I didnt realize they store inside the head lol. It is a beautiful figure regardless of this foot issue.

Yup same as mine... Right foot fell out when the whole figure hit the concrete when I was taking him out.... That was due to styro coffin lacking any tape any where.
Then the left foot... The foot extended fine the first time , Then second time, it just fell out.
In retrospect, CM should of gone with two piece foot molding held by couple of screws to make sure the feet don't fall out.
Just by glancing lot of my SOCs' feet, majority of them are molded in one piece die cast just like the Palder. Only exception is SHin Getter Dragon....his feet are molded in two halves..

I really want this Bosspalder figure. Does anyone know if CM will ever produce Robocles, Bullcaesar and Sandaioh to complete the team of 4?

Since it completely sold out despite the QC issues like pop off feet and break off hand joints, I "think" there's good chance they'll get produced.
Correction on previous post: SOC Shin Getter G Dragons feet are moled in one piece NOT two, they just look two piece... However, the upcoming CMs Grendy's feet sure do look two piece....so hopefully upcoming Gundan will have those QCs resolved..

greengetterguy, the SOC Getter Dragon doesn't have one piece molded feet. The bottom is glued on. The same goes with most, if not all of the other SOCs that have similar feet. I still can't figure out how CM's managed to insert a ball-joint in a solid piece of metal - the Bosspalder's feet in this case. }D

Corrected again: Yes, technically it's in two pieces. top metal foot and bottom plastic "sole."
I guess I meant top metal part of foot molded in two half pieces vertically cross sectioned pieces held by screws. Whew~

I have the CM's Bosspalder and happy with it. And thank God I didn't experience any trouble mentioned in this thread (maybe random?). I'm not sure if CM's will ever release one by one the other 3 Blockers, since it wasn't a popular anime and 'too many' robots in it. Though I hope they will! Greater chance that CM's will released Brave Gokin Mekanda in the future, because they already released that figure in MAS line. Just like their 'upgrade' treatment from MAS Bosspalder to Brave Gokin Bosspalder.

I was about to post a question if all known pieces have the QC issues. Now I'm kinda undecided if I wanna take a risk and buy one. Too scared of QC issues, knowing my luck.
