LOL... because they wanna give the customers the option to purchase one they like. That has to be one the greatest BS excuses I've even seen! So, when you go purchase a car, the dealer will sell it without tires... you know, so the customer can just get the ones they like. }D

I actually like the new head better. I always felt the old head had cat-like eyes, while the new one has more Super Robot eyes. Despte now having four of these SRC Grendizers, I still don't like the rendition much, mainly because of the super exagerated Shoulders and Thighs, and tiny waist and pants. It is almost like a refined Revoltech sculpt. TBH, I like HLPro's Metaltech version a lot better, even with all its flaws. }D

TMZ and Treatment,
Thanks for the pictures. I really like this Spacer. The profile (with Grendizer in it) looks sleek and streamlined.

hey guys. i just had chance to handled it. pros the white on the grendy himself is very nice with metalic satin sheen. his joints are very buttery smooth. that includes the rachet joints nice. soft ratchet is luxurious, the hard ratchet i find very jarring and cheap.
the clear stand the set comes with is awesome!! its sturdy and engineered very very well. the two posts has sturdy ratchet at the base. the stand has more metal then the spacer...haha the spacer has many panels and doors but they are all nice and tidy. by itself, it looks very sharp displayed on the included stAnd. its super easy to combine with grendy. everything fits nice and tight. the panels where the arms go, just fold and spring clicks in. its not a part swapping. nice! the only part swapping is the front gate where grendy goes in. cons spacer has zero metal....not even a token 10 percent metal when combineing, prepare to get grendy scratched one way or another... its just the nature of the beast. i dont know how i can avoid that. now about this recolored src grendy...well if you missed the original silver limbed, its awesome but if you already have the older src, it may not worth extra $50 to get this. i rather put that 50 on a real new toy.
summary The set is really good still. the combined src Grendy and spacer is sight to be hold. in conclusion, id recommend just picking up the spacer for msrp if you can....

The included stand is just a regular Stage Act 5 stand with two posts. Also, I don't think it is "inevitable" to scrach the Grendizer when inserting it in the Spacer. The Spacer's openings are definitely large enough for it to go in smoothly, as long as you follow the directions and just turn the legs as instructed. }D

My friend bought one on the Tamashii booth. Spacer is impressive and huge.
Retail price on booth is Euros 115, means Japanese price + vat (20%) + Euro 14 (margin/import shipping).

Dunno but it looks better than the GX-04 in the spazer to me. It does. I think the head makes a huge difference. This Grendizer figure looks a lot better inside the Spazer than on its own to me. I hate the thunder thighs, tiny pants, and wasp-waist on the figure. }D
