I have bought Cap. All of them. I have a full-size shield too. Iron Patriot in the movie is NOTHING like in the comic btw.

I think the Iron Patriot is ugly. Why on Godsigma's green earth would you want an Iron Man that is colored like Cap? That's like buying a Superman who is colored like green lantern! haha Because it looks cool. I could care less about the movie or the Cap storyline. The MECH and Colors POP out! Looks like an awesome WAR MACHINE! Very much like some SOC ROBOTS (For which, I may never have seen the Anime episodes... But the cool design of the Robot will make me spend the money.) The Mark XLII has a limited audience... HT is just trying to take advantage of the IRON MAN or COMPLETIST collectors. I think Design and Nostalgia is everything in collecting expensive toys. GL Superman maybe a nice drawing... but REALLY?! You would be playing towards a limited market (go see the RAINBOW colored Lanterns from a few years back... Mostly all Crap. LMAO @ BLACK LANTERN Batman!) Been collecting comic for 30 years. Iron Man was SO SO before the movie came out. And now he's the Money Maker for Marvel. So they will squeeze / produce everything they can... Let's see the PEPPER Potts figure come out so we can really Jump the Shark!

I think all Iron Man moving forward will be diecast unless its part of the Power Pose series

as long as it can hold a dynamic pose, die cast is ok. But even the plastic mark 3 I had could not be trusted without the stand.

Yeah, I'll wait till I get my Iron Patriot before sending more funds towards HT. But the sculpt and paint app is unmatched and most of my toys usually are in default pose. So I prob going to get another one IF Iron Patriot doesn't disappoints.

Cool, thanks for the update. Also seems like this diecast line is off to good start as the War Machine two is getting rave reviews with about %40 diecast content and real nice articulations.
I'm debating if I should take the plunge on Whiplash at Amine Export....

War Machine Mark II is stellar! Makes you wonder why they didn't use diecast from the very beginning!

That's correct! Unlike the earlier releases, he no longer has rubber "panties" which hindered the thigh articulation. There are flaps now which move up to allow almost a 90 degree movement. One gripe though. He can't look upward much like the Mark VII does to allow a better flight pose.
