If you live in Japan, then Bandai may do something for you. Otherwise, have to suck it up any flaws you come across, or the shop you get it from is nice enough to do something about it. I got lucky on this one and don't have much QC issues (though I have plenty on others). But quite a few folks has paint flaws on the chest, has to do with how the figure was packaged in the box. So its a common enough issue for Tryder.

AE wont do jack...Amazon will replace it. Tryder is one of the best non combining SOC....
The chest plating is the only QC/defect i know of. An excellent excellent heavy diecast figure with super high quality material with luxurious clickies,

Still don't like the ankle joints though. The ratchet is really soft and doesn't prevent the figure from leaning forward or backward and fall off balance. With that much experience, I still don't get how Bandai can miss that. Even I know the ankles and hips are the most important joints for a figure's stability, just by collecting. Otherwise a very solid figure.

Its not so bad fresh out of the box, but once you start posing him doing a couple action poses, you'll see what I mean. Not as bad as GX-31 Voltes V, but not stable enough that I don't have to worry about it. If it has ratchet, why not make it function like it should? Right? One of the main reason I love SOC Baikanfu is that, its ratchet ankle is super solid and clicky, making it one of the most stable SOC, even when it doesn't have the biggest feet.
