I wonder if anyone will really get these parts,still seems a bit off to me.. sorry miracle..but until someone gets an actual promised part,im not convinced.miracle was VERy adamant about NOT giving out relacements unless they came from THEIR dealer,now all the sudden they are giving them away like free samples?and on trust? Sorry dont buy it.

If its BS after all this time and effort and the poll above on what parts you need etc etc,this would be really Messed up! I really hope not.Just waaay to good to be true for me,I mean miracle just giving parts away on the honor system,with no proof you even own a Voltron,and just sending out multiple free parts on trust seems a bit TOO NICE for any company,let alone one who gave us such a hard time from day one.Could just be a guy who just likes attention,who happens to have a business card.Sorry but thats how I see it.Miracle what say ye? where are these parts ?

Come on folks, give Miracle a chance. At any rate, you guys have nothing to loose. The worst that can happen is that you don't get the replacement part you wanted... so you're back were you started. It's not like Miracle asked for postage fees or anything like that. Yeah, yeah, this sounds way familiar (speaking out for Dave from Toyfreakz), but again, this time you really have nothing to loose. }D

Miracle isn't holding our money for years or anything like that liar was so I would say they deserve to take the time they need to do things without being questioned harshly. all parts shipped out last thursday by air mail. you guys might get in around 7-10 days. Thanks!

My parts from Miracle arrived today! All total I got 7 new parts. Basically the entire 2 legs and a new head. The new versions all seem to have better color. The head is much improved over my original one. The doors to the face actually stay open/closed. It came disassembled so I'll have to glue a few parts. The legs look good...except sadly another issue. The black ankle part and the ball joint it's attached to for my red sea vehicle/yellow foot are for the wrong side. I cannot slide the foot on properly. I thought it would be a matter of removing said black ankle/foot connector part and flipping them around. That wasn't the case. There's a blue ball joint under that black piece once you get it off and it looks like a molded part that was assembled to the wrong vehicle. So I can't flip them around Here's some pics (the top one is the replacement part, see where the opening to slide the car/foot on is not there? It's on the back side): I appreciate Miracle sending me all these parts to being with. Definitely stepping up in the customer service dept. A far cry from my first attempt to get help through their email. Might be asking too much to get yet another one in this case though. Looks like I'm stuck with my crooked legged version I'll live!
