Hello Gakken,
the Sub marine, you just need to push a bit harder to get the connection well. it is not faulty.
for the head and the cross, sorry for a little glue problem. you can fix it well wtih a bit super glue. but if you like to get these two parts replacement, we are happy to.

I'll glue the waist cross. But I would prefer a new head.
*update!
Repaired the cross on the waist with no problems. Got the waist in right. Just a bit more force than I was giving it.
It did help to take the upper thigh off the leg like the video from Kool Kollectibles.
Just need a better head and I'll be set.

I might need a new upper chest too... the magnet that connects the neck and the upper chest came free... I'll try to repair it too, but hold off on sending the head until I get back to you?

Its obvious something is wrong with the glue used on this 3.0 no way all 3 of those parts should just come unglued.its possible the super glue used was old.I doubt not enough was used but could also contribute.I wouldn't be surprised if more parts come unglyed I would gently tug on everything just to test it.

I have some polymer glue that I've used for repairs, my only worry here is screwing it up and then the hinge, spring, or door not closing properly. Looks like I'd have to glue the magnet around the collar and drop it into the hole, which is next to a spring. This could lead to all kinds of issues.
I also don't want to get residue on the paint. I'm decent at repairs but I'm not a hobbiest or a professional by any means.
But my head also had a pretty big scruff/chunk stuck in the paint right next to the cross in addition to the glue issue.
I was able to fix the cross on the waist fairly easy as it's just a cosmetic push.
But yeah maybe mine just got the bottom of the glue box haha.
I'm looking forward to completing it and doing a review. It really is an ingenius little piece now that I have it in hand. So close to be a great toy.

So I have a few problems, not sure the severity of some... but I defiantly am in need a new head. XD One of the calf's seem to suffer from the dreaded "pointing to far up" or "to far down" syndrome. Finally, the little silver door on the crotch doesn't like to stay on.

My legs seem fine as far as I can tell.
Speak of the devil. My replacement parts arrived today! head is stiff and nice. No paint problems. Chest isn't broken up either.
I'm satisfied.
Reluttr - go ahead and contact miracle and they will hook you up.

I'd message their account here. robotjapan.proboards.com/user/5792Both arms seem to raise find. I played around with it when I swapped parts. Unfortunately the head they sent me the glass is kinda wavy and cracked... so I'll stick to my old one with the paint chip. haha

Got my parts as well yesterday! Good news bad news. Bad news is some of the old parts don't fit well with the new ones. The connectors on the feet are smaller than the ports they connect into on the new legs and the waist (for land team combine mode). Also the Torso doesn't connect firmly with the new waist piece. Good news I think I can fix the feet with a piece a paper and it seems to hold. I might thicken the connector with nail polish or floor polish. The waist piece I might try the paper trick also. All in all I'm really pleased with him now. I gotta say how impressed I am with the new subs! They didn't feel fragile like the old! Thank you so much Miracle! I'll def support any future endeavors!

What I mean is like... the outward movement at the shoulder, where the helecopters like split in half. XD Does one arm raise up higher than the other?

reluttr - did they ever get back to you at miracle? or toy arena?
Toy arena told me they would replace the bad parts if I shipped them the bad ones.
Weird that they are giving you a different story.
