Sorry about that. Shapeway sets the base price and you can mark it up as much as you want to make a profit. You can have them send the profit to your bank account or use it as store credit

Sadly, custom kits... just like crime... don't pay. LOL! I already have a bunch of kits on Shapeways but the sales suck. I however don't make these kits for monetary gain, I do them to complete my collection. these has lots of potential, if Transformers has third party company upgrades,, why not super robots.. Bandai wasnt always perfect, u know..

Crime doesn't pay? I beg to differ lol
About ad-ons and full figures I'd be ok with third party as I buy them for transformers already, bandai and fewture been doing it for a while now, fewture have been leaning heavy on that concept recently with the new getter sets but they always had their add-on exclusive weapons sets.

So far... Ashura Pilder in flight mode finished and the Ashura Pilder in spider mode with "fat" legs a second set of legs will be included for those who prefer "thin" spider legs I need to finish the docked pilder version and then the collar for the neck. Probably 10 to 14 days more to finish this project. Yay!

JESUS!!! Just finished the "evil" pony tail and that thing was pure murder! Nearly a week on just that part but the end result is a fully articulated pony tail that flexes at 4 points and rotates at the base for very dynamic poses! YAY! I just need to finish that neck brace and the GX-45 kit will be complete. A simple resize and it will fit the GX-07 as well. You guys are giving me no feedback on this project so I am working in the dark here. Either I am doing a PERFECT job or you guys don't care at all for this kit. Which is odd since you guys brought it up on the first place in previous threads. So please let me hear what you guys think and thanks to those who do contribute.

I can't give advise on it, because it seems to be perfect! One question on the tail; Will it come with the ball joints, or do we need to get those separately? }D

Those ball joints are fused to the tail and are part of the 3d print so no additional ball joints will be needed! You will need some styrene or copper rod to join the segments though but those are very cheap and easy to find

Those look good. The second one look the best though. Thanks for the feedback. I also like the second one better. Its the original design I used for my previous custom but I wanted options for those who wanted something else. Here's how it will work. You get the yellow part of the eyes printed on 1mm thick plastic. You also get the green part separated. So you can either paint both parts and then glue them over the breast plate for a smooth-no-drip-no-hassle profesional look or.... Use the part as a template to draw the shape on the breast plate and then use traditional masking tape & paint. Voila! I'll do a quick video that covers both methods and post it once the kit becomes available for purchase.

As for stickers. I wonder where we could print those. Custom stickers are very expensive and hard to get. Not many companies doing that. I got some from reprolables a few years back but they no longer take custom orders. Stickers would make it easier but real paint would no doubt make them pop more

I would like to share a project that a good friend of mine here in Kuwait, completed over 11 years ago. He used the old MC Mazinger-Z model kit from Bandai and custom made it to look like Ashura Mazinger. He used epoxy putty and scratch built some items for the project. He did a pretty good job and I hope this inspires you to keep working on your conversion kit.

Well, I give him an "A" for effort... and leave it at that. By the way, there actually is a Bandai Mecha-Collection model of the actual Mazinkaiser OVA Mazinger Z. He should've used that one instead. }D
