So does it actually go for thousands of bucks, or is it just so obscure and rare you'll never really find one for sale? No it goes for like 160$ as a kit, maybe 300 as complete, but its so rare I will pay $$$$ if i have too.For a complete painted one,for a kit id pay less but try and find one!! For me there is no other robot this beautiful, especially teh metallic one.Its whyI love Super Robots...Japanese,obscure,colorful,funky,70s,badass,nostalgic,cool as hell! All of those things live in that piece for me,even if its not Japanese,it embodies everything that is,and since its a Gakeen ripoff, its still Japanese really. I mean look at it!! It looks like Christmas morning toys as an 8 year old!! the ones you dream of that dont exist! The turquoise with the red and gold! just killer,if Evil Knievel was a Super Robot! .Looks like a brutal Christmas ornament, the crisp bite off the apple from the tree of Nostalgia.

It is amazing. I would totally pay $160 for that. Is it diecast at all or just metallic paint on plastic?

20,000 $. Man I could buy a new car for less that' just insanely expensive. What is this, Studio Half Eye? lol Jokes aside... if the only reason for its cost is the materials used, then f*ck it, they don't even look that good anyway. Except on the Breast Fire plates, which do look quite cool. Still, 20K for a Mazinger of that size is asking way too much. If that is your grail, best of luck to you!

This would be my choice because of the material used and the actual cost to make this. I work in the composites industry and know first hand how difficult and time consuming making something like this is. Truly a work of art not a cheap toy that is mass produced to be sold off by scalper on ebay as a matter of fact the manufacturing techniques prohibit mass production. Each carbon fiber piece had to be hand laid in a mold then bagged heated and possible autoclaved, if titanium was used I would assume each titanium piece was machined and we all know how expensive titanium is. quote from the site :This is a high-end luxury item, and not meant for mass market (duh!)

I believe the kit is painted already Ive shots of it being made in progress..Im a bit confused as I see it as a kit and then as a limited complete, not 100% sure on those details..Possibly one is unpainted. It was a limited complete figure sale, and down the road resold as a kit I believe. I honestly think if a fully assembled one was in front of me and a guy holding a meat cleaver over my pinky finger,Id say CHOP!! Ill take it!! LOL
