I just got it, it's f**king amazing. Only problem is, the display stand clip is way too tight, I can't socket it in right; the rear parts fit but the small clip in the front I can't fit in. Anyone have this problem or a suggestion? I've ratcheted in front to back and back to front but I still can't get it to fit just right. Anyone have any suggestions? This is the one I'm having issues with,

Love to help, but I don't know when my local shops will be getting their stocks in. I'll poke this thread again if I can get more info on your problem.

I just got this too and absolutely love it except for the little clip that attaches it to the stand that sacto mentions. I got it on but it was pretty scary. I can see the plastic mount breaking in the future. Very tight fit.

This looks great! I got a bunch of questions. Can someone please answer them.
Any parts forming or is it perfect transformation? How big is it compared to Bandai's valks? Are they te same scale? Where is the cheapest place to get it?
Thanks

Where is the cheapest place to get it? Thanks No parts forming is necessary for the transformation, however the figure does include an optional piece that replaces the vents on the inner side of the legs. This helps to keep the legs lined up evenly in the fighter mode. Again though, this isn't necessary for the sake of transforming it. There is also an additional adapter that clips onto the display stand if you want to use the stand in fighter mode. If you don't want to use the stand however, the Mk-II does feature pop-out landing gear on the nose and the knees (I find that the landing gear doors on the nose can be difficult to open without a small tool to help though). This is a fairly small figure, about six inches tall. Roughly the same size as Bandai's Robot Damashii line, so definitely not the same size as Yamato/Arcadia 1/60 scale Valks if you're used to collecting those. It should be noted though that the Mk-II runs on the small size for real robots (about 10 meters tall), so it being a smaller figure will actually scale it better with larger robot figures. This item was a Tamashii Webshop exclusive, so the big retailers like HLJ and Amiami never carried it to begin with. Best place to look will be Mandarake. There are several pieces available right now for as little as 10k yen (which was roughly the initial asking price anyhow). Other options are Nippon-Yasan or Yahoo Auctions Japan via a proxy service, but these will be more expensive for sure. Hope this helps! Despite my issue with the display stand this really is a fantastic figure and a must-have for any Layzner fan.

Delta7890, thanks for answering. I'll wait a while. Hopefully the price goes down a bit.

Hi Delta, great pics, just quick question, does this come with an outer brown shipping box? Thanks. Gold It did for me. I got mine new through Nippon-Yasan like CFF did. Of course I suppose if you order one used through Mandarake and such you may not end up with the brown mailer box.
