Bidding will be to robotjapanmerch@yahoo.com . Please bid Sunday of auction end, and there isn't sniping in a sealed bid auction. You bid your best price and high bid wins. Submissions must be before 10 PM EST Sunday. I recommend 9 PM EST and, better yet, early that Sunday. You can carbon copy admin@robot-japan.com as a back-up.
Payments will be via Paypal.com or, as a last resort, wire transfer. This allows back-up buyers to be used if need be. Florida payment & pickup is an option. All payments must be within 2 days of auction end, or a 50% payment within 2 days, and then payment in full by that coming payday Friday.
Shipping methods are "preferred, US only or a US proxy". That said, if you have strong references, we will consider outside the US shipping directly. My biggest concern is slow shipping and customs.
Shipping costs will be actual costs plus $8 for extra safe packing materials and handling. I'm doing my best here, but want to cover costs. Shipping under normal circumstances will be with USPS Parcel Post (with tracking) and EMS. There is a cost calculator on usps.com and you may use 33711 as a shipping zip. Email robotjapanmerch@yahoo.com if you need clarification.
We will begin by pricing shipping with insurance, estimates will be based on the full purchase price. Insurance can be based on your personal preference with emailed approval.
Per USPS priority shipping insurance policy:
"Merchandise insurance coverage is optional but encouraged against loss, damage, or rifling and is limited to a maximum liability of $100.
Additional insurance, up to a maximum coverage of $5,000, may be purchased for merchandise valued at more than $100 sent by Priority Mail Express. Coverage is limited to the actual value of the contents, regardless of the fee paid, or the highest insurance value increment for which the fee is fully paid, whichever is lower. If a waiver of signature is requested, additional insurance coverage is void.
"
Auction Dates are on the forum threads. There will be a weekly Sunday auction that contains about 14 lots only (as pictured on the thread). We will do our best to post 99% of All pictures by November 9th, so bidders can prepare in advance for the different weekly options.
Suggestions: I don't suggest putting all your bidding "eggs" in one basket. Consider back-up toys (this is based on my past experience).
