does anyone have this set? it looks so majestic. I'm liking it more and more, and it got a pretty good review on CDx.
just wondering what you guys thought of it? its upwards of 300 at the lowest price i can find. pretty damned steep but is it worth it?

Absolutely. One of the best sets that I have. The individual robots are a bit on the small side though (I believe 8"/20 cm-ish). But when you turn Aussenseiter into the horse mode and let Dygenguar ride it, that's where this set really shines! Good metal content, and it comes with a slew of accessories.

Its a really awesome set. And at retail price, its the most expensive SOC ever made, even untill now (not including DX maz ) I would reccomend getting it if you are a fan of SRW OG

did you pay retail or aftermarket? I paid retail and not pre-order price. However, I didn't get it right away and I got it from a local seller so that offset my shipping cost as well.

One of the best SOC ever created by Bandai.

However, if you were expecting perfect transformation from Aussenseiter, please note that while it can be done, without the replacement parts it would look like a pony XD

I never transformed it in horse (imo it´s weird having a giant robot transforming in a horse you can ride)... The set works well as a one shot in the SOC line as General Franky does. (For anyone, I got a misb for sale...)

Yeah. That review was what sold me on buying the thing. I have the 2 SRC figurings and have this set with Weissy in horsemode. It is a badass set. Though, I was sweating buckets when I transformed

so i just got this set. finally!
i have a few complaints. namely they are both very fiddly... armor parts fall off like crazy, the cloak for auben is very hard to put on, and his guns NEED the clips to be on to be held properly. aubens veey top heavy, and his ankles are weak too and hes tough to stand in certain poses. it took me almost an hour to change auben into horse mode... its sort of an intense transformation. finally neither of them have much thigh/hip movement capability so its not easy to get good dynamic poses.
other than that its a great piece with immense shelf presence. the weapons are alll nothing short of beautiful craftsmanship and design. and together its HUGE. absolutely gigantic lol. the cape, rearing horse, big chrome swords.

Congrats on your acquisition. The only parts that like to fall off on mine is Dygenguar's shin armor. And I agree, trying to clip Aussenseiter's lanzekanones onto his back is a b*tch (Just took them out of the box again a few weeks ago) - and the translucent white plastic are yellowing
