Thank you guys for the heads up! Not going to miss it this time.....he looks fantastic with dark chrome. Any known QCs on these guys? you are most welcome bro the QCs in my unit are minimum unlike the Getter trio 1-the month hardly open unless you pop up the head to do it 2- the glue is really cheap on the head and on the arms, but since its very hot in my country maybe that played a role in it thats about it and im sure they will fix it on this one, im sure the price for the original one will sky rocket even more now, other than that it an absolute beast, i even got the anime accurate colors Jet Scrander from the repaint version

I was doing some toy inventory last night and was thinking that it will be 5 years before a reissue of the Mazingers. NOW HERE THEY COME!!! I WON'T BE DENIED THIS TIME!!!

2- the glue is really cheap on the head and on the arms, but since its very hot in my country maybe that played a role in it If by that you mean the magnets in the forearms that come off, then no, your country's weather unfortunately has little to do with it. I live in Canada and it also happened to mine. Though the problem seems to affect Great Mazinger more than Z, it was reported on both. My Great Mazinger had an unglued magnet straight out of the box and my Mazinger Z lost an arm about a year later. (An easy fix, but a problem nonetheless.) I don't know if it's because they fixed the problem or simply because it was much less popular, but I don't remember reading any report of that particular issue with Energer. Mine was (and still is) fine.

Looks nice, but I prefer the original version.
If Fewture love repaints so much, if wish they'd go the extra mile and make a Mazinger Zero. That would require a new molds for extra accessories (like the round "Zero scrander", or whatever it's called). I suppose that's what makes it less interesting, business-wise, than straight repaints of old releases. But would I pre-order that one in a second if they did it!
Really, I'd be surprised if it wasn't already in their plans. They just want to milk the originals a bit more before releasing the beast.

oh that's new i thought it because the weather is very hot here thats why the glue wasn't holding, thanks for sharing man the thing is my Great Mazinger is fine but Mazinger forearm kept falling until i used a very strong super glue this is Shin Mazinger Zero ! actually Go Nagai loved this design so he create the manga for it, why you think the price jumped twice lol Look man...given how many color versions Bandai has, Fewture's got some catchin' up to do. its kinda worrying with all this repaints, i guess they want to milk their products to the last "diecast" just like Bandai, but i understand this people were crying for a reissue, i just hope they delay it as much as they can because ALOT of stuff are coming out close to each other its very hard to keep up

i mean. i dunno if I consider it lazy. when aftermarket price is thru the roof like these items i would consider it smart business to sell them again. why let a reseller make all the money when they can make it themselves? it's clearly still a market for them.

The differences would be mainly in the accessories - like the iron cutters, the scrandler and the brain pilder. Near the top on my list of customs I'll problably never make, there's sticking Mazinger 1969's head on Energer 1969's body, sculpting new accessories and calling it Mazinger Zero. (Yeah, Zero doesn't seem to have golden highlights, but it looks great so I don't care. ) I liked the idea so much I even bought a second Energer just for that, but since I never got around to do it, I decided to sell the extra.

And they do new versions (recolors, with or without new accessories) instead of simply doing a second production run, like Bandai does all the time. Except for the first Black Getter - the very first EX Gokin -, I don't remember any of them being sold as limited editions. They could just do straight reissues of most. I think the second and third releases of Juhomaru are the closest thing to a straight reissue they ever did (in that line).
