If you look in a few of the other threads, that 20th anniversary book is, among other things, showing the plans and mechanical design work for what is likely DX-04 Grendizer. For SOC after Daizyujin it looks like we might have Mazinkaiser, Jeeg, Choryujin (sp? From GaoGaiGar) and maybe a new Gordion in the pipeline. Just going by the blueprints they reveal. Don't forget the New Nautilus from Nadia. Though, as with several of the others, I doubt it will be released. toysdaily.com/discuz/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=254094&extra=page%3D1&page=2Meh! That's the second "UGLY" Nautilus from the show. The one that flies, when the tone shifted to more "Master of the World". The original First Season Nautilus would make a better model. Iyt has a cohesiveness not unlike the Yamato or Captain Harlock ships.

Some more pics for SoC Chouryujin and a possible Gekiryujin. Also,a DX SoC Gaogaigar?

I think its just early design work for the GGG we got. That's the thing to be cautious with for all these pictures. We don't know the context of them. These are not release announcements. They are simply showcasing design work, so these could be upcoming product, unreleased product, product that was proposed and they never went forward with, etc. of the pics we know we are getting DX Combatler V and SOC Mazinkaiser. There are prototype and test shot pics there. It is unlikely that they are not going forward with those. The Jeeg design work also looks very advanced so I will be surprised if we don't see that one. As does the DX Grendizer which we can almost predict just from numbering. The rest may or may not come to fruition. (I bet mostly yes, Bandai almost never abandons an idea. They just take forever to get around to it.)

I predict we will see a Chouryujin, just because it is a near perfect subject for a distinct and complex SOC Combiner. That whole 2 robots that zip together via a vertical seem is just tailor made for SOC. The Robot sits at the balance point of Transformer fans and Modern Gokin fans. It has a lot going for it as a SOC above and beyond the actual show it's from. It's just a cool subject that would be a distinct and impressive SOC. Plus much of the tooling could be used for another robot down the road. (They used to do more of that with the Mazinger and EVA tooling.)

Cause I cannot really think of that many other robots who have Symmetrical Docking as a gimmick in transformation.

They are by design the exact same robots in Green and Yellow, just with a few minor differences. Rather than emergency vehicles they form a cement mixer and a crane. There is actually a design drawing of Gekiryujin among all the Chouryujin drawings. Note the one that has a large barrel shape on his right arm and a shovel blade on his left? That's the other robot. The four component robots (2 each) are exactly the same design, such that you should in theory be able to swap them with their corresponding other robot. (So you could combine Blue and Yellow and Red and Green). I'm not sure but I think in the anime there might be a final form with all 4 as well, but we don't see a drawing of that?

I was thinking that you were mentioning another robot using said feature. I should have guessed it was Gekiryujin.

I got the new SOC book a couple days back and in it were design sketches for the new DC Great, one picture was a picture of Great next to Mazinger in figure scale and Great was almost a head taller which is about damn time.

Great Maz and Getter 1 have been formally shown off with their assigned product numbers. I think safe bet is they are next after Daizyujin. We have no official word on Ankoku Dai Shogun beyond the seemingly States figure shown off. No word on what line it is from or even if it is a Gokin, an action figure or a Figuarts Zero style statue.

It's not a Nintendo Switch!
We will all get enough time to preorder!
Beside only this place has stated when they start their pre order, maybe HLJ & Amiami will be in a few days.

Wonder when HLJ will be putting up their pre-order, want to combine with some other items in my Private Warehouse to save on shipping.
