I got GX-70 & GX-73 the other day. They look great together in the display case. The only thing I am not to happy about is I can't figure out if you can use the stands if you have the wings attached. I would like to have the added stability. Or I am I missing how you do it?

Here is some photos of Great Mazinger. I was a little disappointed with his size and him having the same leg articulation as Mazinger-Z but I guess that's how Bandai wants the D.C line to be. He's got all of the weapons and accessories which is pretty good. Brain Condor doesn't use a magnet like the Jet Pilder on Mazinger-Z. I was hoping he would be a little bigger too. 8.5/10 Nice pics! Funny enough knowing the articulation from the DC line is crap made me feel a lot better about Great Maz than GX-70. Also the fact that it comes with almost everything as opposed to the GX-70VS set I had to buy to complete Mazinger Z is a plus

This guy looks great on the shelf and comes with everything you need. Overall. really happy with it. Only real negative is the lack of ankle movement. No stability on wider stances. Seems like an odd omission on Bandai's part since GX-70's ankles were fine.

Hmmm, that IS odd... Now i dont want you to put unessary force but you are sure its not just a stiff joint?
Anymore con on this figure? Let's be real. Please complain if there're things to complain.

Nah, I checked around and yanked at his feet too. Lots of people complaining about the same. Odd thing is that the promo pictures clearly show the feet being extended. Other than that, I've got nothing. It really looks fantastic. Please Bandai, get all your mistakes out of the way before DC Grendizer.

damn....i rather have resculpt head then the pull out ankle joint I guess. But why cut things that work?
Crazy, That's why. Bandai makes some inexplicable decisions and this is just one of them. Glad you like yours tho. Mine's still stuck in Tokyo.

Mine just arrived. (Cheap shipping faster than ever! Woohoo!) My first DC. First impressions are good.
The foot is clearly supposed to extend. You can see the joint if you pull the foot off, but for some reason it doesn't want to extend fully; can't tell why. I tried using pliers and applying as much force as I dared... Maybe something was put together backwards? I don't want to try to take it apart, it'd be too easy to mar that b*tchin' finish. Maybe Bandai will end up sending out replacement feet?
Also, Bandai cheaped out on the booklet. More like two little pamphlets, one in color with history and background and a black and white one with instructions on how to use the various parts.
Is there a trick to taking off the chest-plate/boomerang? Mine doesn't want to budge and I'm afraid to try to force it. Instructions make it look like it should pop right off, but it seems leagues harder to budge than any of the backpack connections.
