It looks fanfreakingtastic Anubis!
I just LOVE Kuma's art photographs( who doesn't) but i can also really appreciate the "wild" candid shots! These photographs show robots in its "wild," natural" state...and they show that it will look good in my room too.

Anyone ever dealt with Anime-Export customer service because im kinda not happy with that defect. A-E has zero customer service in my experience. I've emailed them before. They will acknowledge it, and then, do absolutely nothing unless you are willing to 1) pay for return shipping, and 2) also pay for shipping for new unit back to you. It's not guaranteed they will even do this depending on how much inventory they have remaining.

When it comes to super expensive Gokin toys from Fewture and Sentinel I ALWAYS order from someone with ask no questions customer service. My self destructing Fewture Getter 2 taught me that lesson. I got my Shin Getter from Entertainment earth even though it cost me an extra $20 and a 4 week wait.

I would agree that Anime-Export has zero customer service but realistically they have negative customer service in the sense that it feels like they go out of their way to respond to inquiries with something that will piss you off. Back to love for this amazing piece:

I came up with a simple axe design that I think works better than the original axe. My design follows the modern mecha design of the Riobot axe but has a more rounded design and incorporates the iconic leg/chest window design that can be easily recognized. Got rid of the "organic" parts of the axe just like Riobot did and... that's about it. Simple axe. About 40% bigger than the original one, follows the design principles and guidelines of the original and still matches Riobot's extra detailed style, no funny hand axe gimmick, incorporates elements from Shin Getter himself and has that iconic roundness from the anime axe

Shifted in the bottom fin things to make it closer to other iterations of the axe and also to avoid it closing it closing the axe blades circular profile (I'd say looks more menacing that way too). Also played around a little with the inside shape and cutlines so the details and such create a taper down towards the handle (referencing what they did with the SRC version). Shifted in the cutlines a little and created a little color separation to create an area of detail and rest (30/70). Those three notches in the blade is a really nice touch btw. EDIT: random repeating black part on the handle was a mistake I forgot to fix.

I originally wanted to do a very complex design but settled for the simple one cause I though it was going to be too much. Nice to see I was wrong. Mind if I use your design to print me an axe? Any chance you can draw a scythe? I would print one and send it to you for the effort. I was going to do my own but after looking at your design I don’t want anything designed by me anymore! 😆 I love it man!

Was fun messing around a little and sure you can do whatever you want with the design (its mostly yours anyway). I would be down to help out with the scythe if you want to start it first. I'm sure what you come up with will be awesome!

So they will exchange it, but you need to pay for the shipping?

AE actually got back to me. They want me to send everything back on my dime That's the same experience I had. A-E sucks. Basically, "okay we'll replace it. If you pay for all the shipping we will take the broken one back and send you a replacement." You're paying 3 international shipping costs for 1 toy. I will warn, don't ever buy USED from A-E. Their grading system is atrocious, and if anything arrives broken, basically same customer service. You'll end up paying shipping first time, return shipping, and end up with nothing.

Yeah guys, stay away from A-E unless you really have no choice. They are not what they used to be years ago.
