It will most likely be a re-release of the Legacy mold.

I am not familiar with the Artisan releases. What are they exactly? They are basically a Bandai Premium Exclusive re-release mainly of old toys but sometimes they may have new molds or use Legacy molds to sell as a Premium product. It is hardly consistent though usually the quality of their build is at least Transformers Masterpiece level. Stuff like the Artisan Shinkenoh is the BoJ Shinkenoh with diecast and then there is stuff like Shinobimaru that is a new mold entirely.

Interesting. Thanks for that info xephon0930!! Yeah. I could go into more detail of said line. Of the Sentai mecha we have gotten via the Artisan line,we had ToQoh and Shinkenoh be older or existing molds with diecast added in for the Premium price. For the Kuroliner,Shinobimaru and Rodeomaru, they were entirely new molds and I don't know if Kuroliner had any diecast added but it was popular as it was the first sort of villain mecha we had in Sentai outside of Daijinryu or Serpentara. But for disappointments, the Artisan Dino Buckler had less sounds than the Legacy version and not even the Zyuranger theme added in and the Dragon Buckler was falsely advertised as using the 90s mold before people were told it was still Legacy. Though the new Zyusouken is what the Artisan Zyuranger stuff should have been with a plethora of special sounds and music used in various episodes which were even one time only added with the more used Dragon Caesar summoning theme. The Artisan Doron Changer was an amazing re-release of the old mold with diecast medallions and a mini-figure of Ninjaman and the vase he was stuck in. It was very small however. And it looks that the Artisan Aura and Kiba Changer set is continuing to better the quality of at least the Henshin Devices. The mecha is a very weird sort of deal as the Artisan Dairenoh will most likely be a re-release of the Legacy Thunder Megazord but with maybe screw hole covers and those 5 Tenpo RaiRai Jewels. Yeah, people will be paying over $250 for 5 balls.

So would we see any add ons in terms of articulation to the ssa dairenoh ( ie better joints on ryusseioh) or would it be just cosmetic improvements? I understand there has only been 1 or 2 mecha released under this line upon which we could draw insight from.

Well it is hard to say as most likely it will be the Legacy Thunder Megazord mold that Bandai will be using. As for possible changes, they will most likely be reducing diecast to smaller but more pivotal areas like the Lion Thunderzord paws should not be half diecast and instead the golden parts are all that is needed. And maybe we will get proper screw hole covers. But even then,it still may not get most people to pay $250+ for the Legacy Thunder Megazord mold.

It would seem the ssa line is roughly the legacy line for Japanese customers in that case. I do hope they add some neat articulation like JOA did with the legacy ninja megazord, that thing is awesome. We'll see, apparently more news are due in April.
