SRC? i dont think so... more like this line is for fans of the CLASSIC LOOK.. which is btw Action Toys already released a gokin classic Jeeg waay back. and im also curious about this toy.. not sure but this is kinda the same mold as ETs Daipolon.. could this be the diecast release of ET that they picked up coz ET have abandoned its release.. i could be wrong though..

It looks like ET's version is still on. Gokin.it featured pics of the 3 separated robots (Hedda, Trangu & Legga) on 10/10/17. Yes, it's going to be a Combiner. www.gokin.it/2017/10/10/info-e-foto-evolution-toy-dynamite-action-hedda-trangu-legga-ufo-diapolon/But,.the concluding paragraph is a little unclear due to the translation: "When concluding this article we can say that this output leaves us bitter in the mouth, unfortunately ET has never distinguished itself in the creation of modular and transformable robots and even the "Diapolon" project looks the same as the much criticized Arbegas Daikengo, it should be noted that this output has been blocked and the model has undergone major structural changes caused by problems with the Art Storm, which certainly did not help" Maybe Art Storm is taking over the project?

hmmmm.. could it be?? NOT BAD on ET's part if i may say so.. why force urself into something if u cant get it done right.. combining robots is not thier forte anyway.. they suck in that area.

ET's design does not have anything to see with this one. ET did a new line of figures with high place contained in metal (style SOC), his first figure would be Dai Apolon. The problem was that ActionToys-ArtStorm denounced ET because they had bought the exclusive rights to make Dai Apolon's figures with metal pieces. ET at the time had to eliminate the metal parts of his design and do the figure completely of plastic, going on to his line Dinamite Action, though aesthetically the figure was equal to the original design. ActionToys-ArtStorm is going to release this mini figure of the line Minidiecast from Action Toys and the figure of the line EX of Fewture from Art Storm. The Three designs combine and are totally different (though in the líne EX, there will be a version that is not going to combine).

Maybe it's all for better. With the added diecast weight, ET's own infamous magnet joints would've made it challenging to even stand still. This new mini gokin looks much better too, both proportionally and aesthetically. I just hope they'd do more minor Super Robots in this mini gokin line, make ET/CM to go out of business forever. I agree, among the 3, this one is the winner in terms of looks, at least for me

Just add a few more weapons and it will knock ET's out of park.

I like it. I like that it will blend well with the SRC collection and not break the bank. And yeah ET's looks like yet another horror show.

yup. i later did notice that smaller combined mode at the upper corner. but not really a fan of going the "cuteness" route in super robots hehe.. that size will dwarf him amongst SOCs on display shelf. And hes that huge in the animation. ET's version is just fine at almost 9inches.. but we all know they aint that good when it comes to combiners.

I've sent out mails to amiami, nippon-yasan and today hlj asking about adding pre-orders for this guy and the EM Gokin Albegas to their list hopping for a positive reply from them. And while I was patrolling the internet I found out that Play-Asia has Dai Apolon on pre-order but its closed now and it's going to be release on Dec 31, 2017. LinkMan I so want this Dai Apolon & Albegas, their Daitetsujin 17 is an awesome figure I got to say.
