The chest looks weird, don't you guys think? Did Skull had those plates on his chest under the guns? The hip joints also seem a direct copy of the SRC toy. Those work fine on a robot that scale but not so sure for a robot at this scale. The wings from the winglet are a plus though

Okay this looks promising, according to their new information that the Prometheus Mazinkaiser SKL will be made of PVC, ABS (30%) and metal (70%) measures a total height of 23 cm around 9 inches.

Hi everyone! Thanks everyone for enthusiasm you are showing, we are super excited as well! I hope we can give you some insight into the model. looking forward for it i hope they dont copy Bandai chest plates design lol i didnt hear of this company before, any info is appreciated guys Hi S_Gokin, there will be two breast plate sets: one inspired to the settei (and, thus, to the anime) that is only decorative; the other one has the handles functional to hold the two halves as guns (similarly to the Bandai SRC). I can't give more details at the moment since the sets are not yet completed. The chest looks weird, don't you guys think? Did Skull had those plates on his chest under the guns? The hip joints also seem a direct copy of the SRC toy. Those work fine on a robot that scale but not so sure for a robot at this scale. The wings from the winglet are a plus though Hi ninjahandz, Yes, the Mazinkaiser SKL has those plates on his chest under the breast plates. About the hip joints, the leg ball-joints I assume, are standard nowadays, if one wants to provide good mobility to the model. They are also widely use in models from many lines, like SOC, Riobot, EX Gokin, etc. The chest looks weird, don't you guys think? Did Skull had those plates on his chest under the guns? The hip joints also seem a direct copy of the SRC toy. Those work fine on a robot that scale but not so sure for a robot at this scale. The wings from the winglet are a plus though I think the entire model is a direct copy of the sec ! There are heavy differences with the Bandai SRC, and not only aesthetic. Currently we are undergoing some minor tunings on the chest, so I am not able to post more pictures. But you gave us a nice hint, thank you! Once we are done with the tuning, we will publish a comparison post to highlight better the differences. Meanwhile, you can start to compare the head, since it is final (Skull pilder aside, still under development). (from suprememecha.blogspot.com/2015/03/review-super-robot-chogokin-mazinkaiser.html)Comparison with the official setteiHowever, we have to consider that they are both the representations, Prometeo's and Bandai's, that aim to be accurate as much as possible to the character.. Furthermore, and we don't try to hide it, if there are some solutions that are already working well, why change them? Why can't they give Iron-Kaiser Some Treatment........... This is not out of the table! At Prometeo we are targeting gokin models of a scale comparable to Bandai SOC, Sentinel Riobot, CMS Brave Gokin, etc., and, in particular, we are willing to focus on robot characters that did not get a model yet! The Mazinkaiser SKL was a natural choice for a start-up release, but, if the Mazinkaiser SKL will be a success (as we expect ) all characters will be on the table! And I can't tell you more: our plan is to listen directly to what collectors want, including which model and, to certain extends, which features. We will provide the means on our website, so it will be only up to you to make hear you voice I hope this post was helpful to you. Cheers, Prometeo Toys

hello and welcome to our boards, we are so happy and glad you joined us, this will be very beneficial for both of us the customers and manufacturer
my bad i wasn't specific, i was talking about the regular Mazinkaiser (soul of chogokin gx-75) im sure you are aware they used a thin plastic pegs for the chest plate that tend to break which kinda ruined the joy of the figure
what i want to see in your product
a cloth cape
a damage head (with LEDs if possible)
and i would love to see the figure with some decent articulation (like or better than the SRC)
lastly you mentioned that you are willing to do robots that didn't get a figure yet, we have a thread for those robots that we want to have in our collection
you can check it and if any of them is possible we could also do a poll to help you even more
thank you and i hope this figure turn out to be an amazing figure
