I'm a bit disappointed with its size though, only around 22 cm tall. I wanted it to be at least 30cm high.. disappointed but will get it since i love the design of the getter.

I honestly didn't believe Bandai was going to release this SOC. This is a nice surprise, looking forward to the pre-order date.

Shin Getter-1 anyone? I believe that one has been overlooked for the SOC lineup for far too long.
Not only is it an awesome design, it's also very popular. I have no idea why Bandai would go to Emperor and skip Shin Getter-1.

Luckily it's a bit small and size would bother me in my collection so it's an easy pass That being said it looks great. And it's the first getter combiner that looks good. So kudos to bandai

I'm a bit disappointed with its size though, only around 22 cm tall. I wanted it to be at least 30cm high.. Is it possible that the 22cm size is a typo? The description actually says "22cm big size" in the text (22cm obviously is not big), and the previous prototype is indeed big (over 30cm). Tried to confirm it on Tamashii Web, but it was not listed there yet. Just need another source to confirm if the figure is indeed shrunk. And looks like it is no longer a Tamashii Mix line.

Maybe we'll get a smaller and more affordable SoC and a huge but much more expensive tamashii mix? Unlikely I know but...
