If so, i hope the do reissue I saw it mentioned somewhere that the same artist/designer behind the Riobot "T-Rex" is involved with this one. I am hoping it is larger and around the size of the SOC. But more likely just a re-issue of the Riobot under Good Smile branding.

Yes, according to the sign it is Chemical Attack + T-Rex, and Sentinel is also listed as "producer"?

T-Rex is from Sentinel, maker of Riobot toy line.
This might be a reissue, or now they will release accessories for their line.

Ok let me ask. Is this Hagane Works die cast? Because if it is, I will wait and preorder this one instead of buying at Ebay for $800. I need to know

Ok let me ask. Is this Hagane Works die cast? Because if it is, I will wait and preorder this one instead of buying at Ebay for $800. I need to know It SHOULD be 1:1 to the original in every way and if it's like what happened with the Sentinel Ultraman design being shifted to ThreeZero then there's a possibility of it having a much cheaper MSRP as well. I'm buying a another for display myself, even. It's funny because some time ago I took a picture of the Riobot sitting on a throne that has swords stick out in a similar fashion, even. Sentinel had me do one without the transformer for share. http://instagram.com/p/BYKDev7l1vJ And here we are. Glad the designers thought it was a good look.

I doubt this is 1:1 version of the Sentinel as I can already see its knee joints are simpler. More likely that same or slightly bigger version of moderoid with some diecast. IS the moderoid version same height as the Riobot one?

That’s going to be the size of the Hagane works? Man I wish they make it at least the same size as Riobot.

ThreeZero's Ultraman's got nothing to do with the Sentinel. Actually, it does. ThreeZero used majority of Sentinel's design and parts, with some changes and new paint. It was a partnership. Upon closer look, Goodsmile's sculpt does resemble more of the smaller model kit, rather than a 1:1 size or reissue of Riobot. It might be more of a diecast version of the smaller kit.

No, they're completely different from head to toe. You are indeed correct on the sculpt difference. I stand corrected on that part. Though the almost identical joint designs and removable electronics engineering still have me believe on the partnership of the two studios. Especially when I remember watching some interview of ThreeZero's "Ah Gah", the rep that is active on Toysdaily's ToysTV videos, sitting with Japanese Sentinel developer talking about early development of ThreeZero's Ultraman a couple years back. Honestly, I am very surprised on the sculpt difference when I saw your pics. I am now more puzzled than ever... Anyway, lets get back to Mazinkaiser.

Yeah, back to Mazinkaiser, this definitely isn't a reissue of the Sentinel as it's much less detailed. However, it's no Moderoid either, as it's got wrist joint not found on the Moderoid. Since their Hagane Works Demonbane was around 7" tall selling at $150, I guess their Mazinkaiser would be about the same height with similar price. (Sentinel Mazinkaiser stands about 8.5" tall) Are these the official painted product for Hagane Works?

Do they use diecast parts as well?

/getterjehuty I believe that's just the display model. /Kuma I don't own the toy, but as far as I know the Demonbane is more like the Metal Builds with diecast used mostly on joints. Where did you get the picture if I may ask? I thought they they only showed the non painted display

Oh no. I'm usually not a scale guy but I want my Mazinkaisers to be huge. At the very least, I wanted this to be the height of the Riobot. Size DOES matter, gentlemen!

more photos from Wonderfest So I'm assuming it's a downsized and simplified model of the Sentinel version?

I was told by a dude who's been to the show, that it's actually about the same size as the Moderoid.. So it’s small like SrC... Did they mention the release date
