I'm in the same page as you guys... really love what they did, looks really cool.. but I have no feeling or knowledge of the character, so I can't justify a 400usd purchase...

I have fond memories of this cartoon as a kid (sigh...shows how old I am) I am 75% sure I will get this. You guys are right, so far it looks like only HLJ and HobbySearch are showing pre-orders. The other sites have not listed. It does not look like a huge demand for this product. Given how expensive this is, can anyone explain some of the items in the box? I don't think the promo photos shows everything.
Hangar gate - is this the chest plate? Godam Hogander joint -? Gowapper/mechanical base - is this just a stand that has not be shown (i.e. kinda like most SOC base) Various stands (long and short) - ? Anime background scenes - I think these are the pilot portraits Background scene stand set (x4) - the little sticks that holds the pilot portraits? Gowapper 5 sticker -? I really do no want any stickers for such an expensive set Famous scene card -? Acrylic display -?

GAH! $395... man, I was thinking this would be in the $290- 350 range... This is a bit more expensive than I was thinking it'd be. And I've already got a few expensive things coming out in March. I may still put in the pre-order just since there's several months and then will just have to save on the side to make sure the funds are there.
This definitely makes me worried about the price of their Gaogaigar and Getter 1.

Anime Export has it at a decent price - $340 plus shipping. The only drawback is that they require payment up front for pre-orders.

Are they a good shop? Any glaring issues? Ami Ami also has it now. www.amiami.com/eng/detail?gcode=FIGURE-119468

I’m in the US and have ordered from both of them periodically over the past ten years, at least. AmiAmi won’t charge you until the item is in stock but, in this instance, Anime Export’s price is still way better.

Yeah. Impressive indeed. This will be my first POSE+, since the few of my previous preorders fell through and won't make it before Godam. Can't wait.

I'm pretty sure this is going to be a contender for TOTY... I love this thing... the amount of diecast, detail and articulation is amazing. This shows a lot of love for the character. If my business were doing better I would have gone for this without hesitation. I'll await your comments!

Hi Everyone: I am a native Cantonese speaker. They give a great interview. I will transcribe more when I have time.
Pose+ - Philosophy They want to focus on IP properties that have not been recently represented. And (interestingly) IP that was broadcasted in Hong Kong where there is a lot of nostalgic Interviewer asked about what source material they have to work with. Lou showed a source book that they had to get from Mandarake.(they pointed to the price sticker on the back) The back cover shows three properties, Gold Lightan, Godam and Gordian
Action Toys - Goddam Prototype. The other gray prototypes are from Action Toys who loan them these gray samples for the interview. Pose+ did not know Action Toys were working on them when they did the project. (This was a courtesy). It is not know how Action Toys will release their Godam and the alternative figures, either individually or as a set. And there is now details on price or release date. The Goddam Dragon measure approximately 27 cm.
The interviewer ask if Pose+ would consider doing the same for their figure. Lou from Pose+ reply that it would very large and they will need to factor if there is a market for it. But the Pose+ figure has been designed with detachable arms and legs if they choose to go with that option.
