But after looking at the video, it is impressive in terms of size, weight, and some details. The use of magnets and the knee design are particularly nice.

Screencap a frame, for an easy scale comparison. They purposely posed the Riobot and Hagane shoulders really high and head really low so they look like they have no neck LOL to make theirs look better.

Yeah seems riobot and hagane are "reaching".....lol. But the height difference shown makes it a bit more appealing...

This guy is very tempting & seems like a must own wonder when's the exact release date For someone that like a more conventional looking Kaiser, this is a pretty good pick. I'll rank it above the SOC for sure. And the added details and removing panels make it a closer iteration of the Infinitism Mazinkaiser gokin (which there is none in the market thus far). It probably scales better with the CCS Toys, though the proportion might be too "by the book" compare to those. So it's appeal depends on how much you want it to fit your collection, or if you just dig the look and design regardless of its scale. With King Arts pricing their Danguard Ace pretty reasonably (US$220~ish + oversea shipping), hopefully this won't go pass US$300.

Looks like preorders already up. Just google and you'll see a number of listings. Asian shops asking for mid $200s, while US shops asked for $319. My guess on the price was not far off.

Very looking forward to CCSToys' Great Mazinkaiser, which the prototype looking awesome. That one is a must buy for me, as Great Mazinkaiser is not commonly known and has barely any figures made (SRC P-Bandai), even though the design is very cool.

Watching the latest episode of ToysTV, where they reviewed this Mazinkaiser. They purposely didn't make it very clear where Sky X Studio's origin came from. But it maybe slightly different from what we assumed as a sub-branch of King Arts. Instead, it is a brand new company in Hong Kong, started by someone named Sky Yip. However, the way they talked or hinted about Sky X Studio, it does sound like they do have a connection with King Arts, as if Sky Yip could be someone who used to work at King Arts, but quitted working there and started his own brand. Just want to throw this out from the little I just found out.
About the toy, huge box. Awesome articulation, especially on the shoulders, elbows and knees design. The knee has a lot of multi-layered synchro moving pieces. Waist can also bend forward and backward a lot. Eyes and red chest plates lights up with easier access to the on/off button under magnetic panel on his back waist. Wing is HUGE and quite heavy, but joints on the wings are pretty sturdy. Mazinkaiser can easily support the heavy wing without leaning backwards. Display base is also huge. Looks like a very solid buy.

A good presentation from ToysTV (thanks to Walkermachine): I will always dislike cherry red choice, but this is a trend The knee joints have interesting design engineering with inner shell revealed when bending the leg to the max. The scrander could have more articulation/transformation feature and main wing joint is a bit weak (designed to vertical position more than horizontal). Overall it is looking very good with strong build. I like the magnet connections for the shell parts. Strong expectations to me for this brand (Tekkaman Pegas on my top list). Edit: apparently elbow articulation design is a bit poor but overall, the whole figure is good. Sky X Studio designer is also designer of King Arts.

Easily the best Mazinkaiser figure ever produced! I really hope they follow up with a Getter Dragon!
