Does anyone think that this is a likely possibility? I would love to get one as I missed out the first time. I was just wondering what the market was for a reissue of this SOC. I know that people were charging crazy prices for the Getter Robo SOCs and they got reissued. Zambot doesn't seem to be quite at that point, but still a little pricey for me.

GX-23 Zambot 3 bombed in Japan. It's selling for more or less the original price when first released.

Can you confirm that bizzio, Gx-03 will be reissue on may 2006? Need to see some evidence of that because I don't want to pay 150$ for a used GX-03, and I don't trust some of those ebay sellers.

Yeap, I saw that one too. I keep tabs on the Noda-Ya site for upcoming figures, and other stuff, and they haven't been wrong with their listings yet. I'd say this is very dependable.

Thanks, I no longer have to bid on one of those used version of Com-Battler V SOC on ebay. I'll probably get it from BBTS or some local stores when they start to list pre orders or when they have it on the selves. The Noda-ya.com website is cool, has everything that I like to collect, but I can't read Japanese text. I can read the Chinese words but thats it. I need a translator.

What was the original price for GX-23 when it was released? This way I have a better idea as to what price is too much. Thanks.
As far as the GX-03 re-issue. It makes sense (to me at least) with the release of Voltes V. They were both done by the same creator and are similar so maybe they are hoping there will be a resurgance in interest in GX-03. Could Daimos be far off? Hmm...

I think the Marketing gurus at Bandai have become experts of every oppurtunity to take advantage of the old moulds by reissuing them due to some kind of relationship to another character, i.e. Mazinger 01R with the Maz Femme angels, Daikumaryu just before Gaiking, and most recently, Tetsujin 28 mettalic when the Black Ox was released.

Zambot Ace is a component of the Zambot 3 robot. GX-23 came with its own Zambot Ace. GX-23A (Zambot Ace) was a limited edition piece that came with metallic gold pieces to replace the regular yellow parts that came with Zambot 3. Not sure about other differences. I think it was limited to like 3000 pieces.

GX-23A zambo ace are very pricey nowadays.. a liitle more or almost equivalent to the price of a regular GX-23

What was the original price for GX-23 when it was released? This way I have a better idea as to what price is too much. Thanks. I ordered by Zambot 3 from HLJ.Com for approximately $210 inclusive of shipping costs (EMS). Without shipping, it cost me about $175.00 (on early bird discount too).
