I'm pretty sure that the GX-01RB production didn't exceed 1000pcs total (maybe 2000 tops). The Iron castle version was 10pcs, a "lucky draw" prize. I think the only difference in the Iron Castle and the GX-01B is the box. And put me on the list for preferring the GX-01RB to this getter. I'll take a completely unique repaint over 3,4, or more subtle variations. Especially a variation that can easily be mistaken for a "broken" version... I'm glad at least ten of you like this one, it's just not for me. Thanks for the info captainamerica, I can understand your opinion but most of all I like to have the full-complete collection of Aoshima, so this one is necessary for me ;D You'are right the GX-01RB was produced in 1.000 pcs. Now I know that the Iron Castel is very limited (like the Getter HobbyWorld ;D), the difference between the normal GX-01B is that the Iron Castel is shining(bright) like the GX-01RB but on the mold of the first Mazinger.

Hey Nakajo, You're right about the Iron Castle version's coloring, it is glossy, but the thighs, belly and biceps are grey and not chrome, right? Oh yeah, there may have been more than 10 pcs, but it was a lucky draw and I'm pretty sure I read 10 pieces somewhere.
Do you collect all the Aoshima releases or just the Getters? That's a lotta robots! I've just purchased the two more common Ankoku Daishogun to join my TV color version. But three is my limit for any one mold of a toy..... unless they make a glowing Ankoku Daishogun ;D
