We're also talking about a blue weathering Arcadia.
It would be pretty interesting to see how the weathering effect is rendered, since the blue tint is already quite dark (much darker than the green one).

btw - the old v. new arcadia, look very similar, except they put a cover on the front with a big skull

I have both versions, and those who don't know about this piece, it is almost TOTALLY diecast. it does weigh a lot! They are mostly new scupts- i haven't had my Blue Arcadia long enough to really compare the two but it looks like a 90%+ new sculpt. totally worth it.

To nakajo or anyone who have knowledge regarding this matter: Based on what I have read at hlj.com, the weathered version of this arcadia is gonna be an anime expo limited version, and from what I have seen in the past, all anime export limited version are all numbered ( i.e.anime export dai-shogun is limited to 500pcs, and anime export black getter blood version is limited to 1500pcs). Thus, I am 99% certain this baby is gonna be numbered. www.hlj.com/product/AOS82049But my question is this, do you feel this black version arcadia will also be numbered just like the first arcadia "milk-version" which is limited to 750pcs although it does not have the anime export sticker on the box? And if you have a choice, which version would you get and why? I hope your expertise on these items can help enlighten my confusion regarding this matter. Thanks

I don't know yet how many Black Arcadia will be produced, but they will be much more less than the Weathering Arcadia (so you should try to get a Black "very limited" Arcadia in my opinion, even if will be more expensive of the weathering version). Anime Export is going to number all the limited version that they are releasing. The milk-version wasn't from A.E. so it wasn't numbered. You should pm to Diabolos for better information

Thanks for the info, I am also contemplating on getting the black version, coz I got the regular blue version, and I feel the pair would look much better and the difference more prominent if I get the black version and put it side by side with my regular blue arcadia. Any info regarding the release of the black version? Thanks for your advice.

The blue weathering is limited to 3,000 pcs (this is confirmed by A.E.).
Nakajo is correct about the black: it should be much less, even if the number has not been disclosed yet.

i highly advise those who missed out on the blue regular version to pick one up soon they seem to be starting to get pretty hard to find as the months go by.
from the photo the black version looks like it comes with a bigger comsofighter plane than the regular edition...
