I like the MPC Voltron a lot, and being a combiner it does have more relative play value, but the Godanner has a lot of accessories and is top notch in its posing ability and overall looks. Personally I would take one of these two for sure over the Gundam.

I like the MPC Voltron a lot, and being a combiner it does have more relative play value, but the Godanner has a lot of accessories and is top notch in its posing ability and overall looks. Personally I would take one of these two for sure over the Gundam. Yeah, I kinda just thrown the Gundam GGF $1001 as a possibility but I really didn't intent on getting it at all. While I'm waiting for BBTS to fill my MP-05 order, those two gokin have been in my want list for a long time. I can get MPC voltron for 98 and around 15 bucks so total around 113 shipped, or Godannar for 185 shipped. I am thinking, I can used that 72 buck on something else if I get the MPC Voltron, but I really want Godannar more. My mind is almost made up as I am still waiting for them to make a smaller version of the MPC Voltron. I've heard rumors but I don't know if it is true. So any one here ordered from a seller on ebay named hohotoys? This seller is from NYC and I should have no problem getting my item in around a week if I ordered from him, or should I order from another seller Japanimation and get it shipped from Japan?

The white box is the shipping box, inside it is the bookshelf box that we all familiar with, with Toynami that is. All Toynami stuff is shipped in some white box with a production number.
As for the preorder, I there maybe two possibilities: 1. They are replenshing stock, but this is unlikely, unless they are buying closeouts or whatever since Toynami suppose to have limited production to 15,000 I can't imagine them building more. Or 2. pay close attention it may be the preorder for the upcoming smaller Voltron.

I have decided and will be getting this instead of MPC Voltron. After watching 23 episodes of Godannar, I just can live without having the Max Gokin. And, there are so many people that doesn't know why Godannar comes with two types of Flames hair sets. If you don't watch the cartoon, then you wont know. Well, I'll tell you anyway, it because when Godannar merges with GoOkusur, he has blue flames, and if he merges with NeoOkusur, you have orange flames. I wish they would consider making the other Godannar robots. Would be nice to see a regular Godannar/NeoOkusur twin pack or at least a Blade Gainer Max Gokin would be nice. But, Don't you guys that have watch this cartoon think that Blade Gainer is nothing but a rip-off of Ryoma Black Getter? It would still be nice to have one in Gokin form.

Godannar FTMFW? What's FTMFW? Anyway I got mines today and I'm surprised that the post office delivers mail on Sunday, and on Easter Sunday. Now this was a nice Easter gift, didn't get and Easter basket but getting something delivered when I was expecting to see it in the next 3 to 4 days from now is still nice. Now opening the box, I got a nice box with no dents or creases. I flip open the lid and got a nice stryofoam lid. The styrofoam on this gokin is much softer than the SOC or any other Gokin that I've handled. But the box felt really light. It's big but light. Then I got hold of Godannar and like I have expected, it doesn't have perfect paint job due to the various paint chipping. Mines have numerous paint chip right out of the box. I can see a couple of orange flakes inside the plastic bag. I would have like a prestine condition one but I know about the flaws and this gokin is the most awesome one I have. A couple of paint chips doesn't take away from how good this thing looks. That sword is huge and even the instruction manual is nicely done. The box alone is a work of art. I will post picture updates in MY Stinky Collection Tread, after my birthday after I get a couple of other items.

I admit it: I had doubts.
...
Now I'm sorry I've ever doubted your words.
I just got it in the mail today. This thing is absolutely gorgeous! And such a fun figure. Hey! I'm 28 and I've just spent 2 hours playing with a toy. I even sang the theme song while trying out funky poses.
I only display a few of my toys at a time (I don't like it when the room looks too crowded), rotating them every few weeks, sending some back to their box to make place for others. I think Godannar is not going to go back to bed anytime soon. It's going to stay proudly displayed next to Mazinkaiser, who seems to be ashamed of having such a short sword now...
Now to get my hands on that Voltron Masterpiece...

Negative. They're both their own totally different animes and robots.
