Hans, I never posted a picture. I only have the Taiwan bootleg versions. The real Japanese ones like kingboy has typically came in tubes or on cards or bags. As for the bootleg ones I have I have only ever seen them carded. I will see if I can upload a picture.
Edit: My brother posted a picture of mine, the front and back of the card, on his Instagram. Check out his profile there, therobotassassin and you’ll see it.

This is a great figure. I also bought the bandai exclusive soltic but I have to say I like the Dougram a lot better overall.

There was a 20% about three weeks ago, and 15% a little before that. When you see the ad on the app or website you have to click "see details" and make sure it's on any items. Some are "from these sellers only" and only let you buy things like modern house products with the discount.
In general, on the any items coupons, you put the items in your cart, checkout and apply the code and then pay. Items with free shipping save you more.
The biggest issue is finding something that is worth it. If I'm only going to save $5, I generally don't use it, and also I usually don't find anything that I want or need when they have the good coupon. I lucked out on the last two good ones (a 15 and a 20) and used them on one item each.
Just remember to read the details as there is a time window for each coupon and also a minimum purchase amount, usually $25 or more and a max discount cap, usually $100.

eBay 15% off anything, $25 min purchase, max discount is $100. code is PERFECTDAY Valid until 11pm pacific time (California) Edit: you can stack multiple items like before, have to put them in the cart to do it. I already bought something expensive (was a really good deal anyways) and didn't see the coupon, would have saved myself an additional $27

Also, when I ship godaikins I cut one full side off the free thin priority mail shipping boxes and lay that underneath the window overlay. The toys are heavy and will move and break the windows even though the foam is sturdy.
As coletron said, godsigma can be fragile especially if the blue plastic has discolored. Or if it was stored poorly (too hot, too cold, or too humid) etc. I have two original Popy DX box godsigmas (older than your godaikin release) and both mine are fine, so it depends on the individual toy.
Don't force anything and if you need to know how something works, ask us. We can also tell you if anything is missing or incorrect.

You may be able to lubricate them but I would also recommend lightly sanding the ratchets. If you take the cab/shoulder apart (I'm not looking at one at the moment so I can't remember which part the ratchet is secured with) the ratchet should be a joint with two gears. You will need to see if the teeth need to be filed just a bit or if they just need to be lubricated. I'll see if I have a junk cab at home to look at before you go disassembling yours.

Here's my opinion, and I only own two SOC so far: original daitarn and battle fever. I've thought of getting one or two more SOC like daioja but don't need it right now, daltanias is great but every time I look at my godaikin I like it better.
This zambot release is odd to many collectors outside of Asia. Unexpected? Yes. Strange choice for a stand alone? Yes. Am I upset that it won't be the first part of a better combining zambot? Yes.
I think the thing to take from all of this is that it's being done for the 40th anniversary of zambot, they have the license and they made a better product than the previous zanbo ace before, even if this one isn't that exciting.
This means they are paying attention to dates this time around. Dunbine and Votoms just had their 35th anniversaries (February and April) and there really isn't much for dunbine except the US blu-Ray and the vinyl that's a scaled down x-plus. Votoms I didn't see any news for.
I know 35th anniversary isn't a key anniversary like 40, but usually when these companies have the ability to do a special date release, even if it's just a recolor or an accessory repack, they do it.
I'm on the fence about it. I want to see more pics. If it had been the start of a DX combining zambot I would have been ready to pre-order. Zambot doesn't have a ton of product to begin with though, so at least that's a plus.
I would have thought Italian collectors would be thrilled though, because zambot is huge over there (daitarn/daioja/a lot of sunrise stuff is popular there also).

It says plastic - is any of it diecast?

So I finally got a Soltic to go with my Dougram. Came in yesterday, I'm mixed. The Spring chest joint is weird. I didn't know it had this, I'm talking about the part where the front sides of the chest collapse inward under pressure. Painted feet and leg sculpt looks very good. Just a bit of my yellow stripes have some imperfections?
Helmet is a slightly different shape than what I expected, I expected a round but more slender head. Mine has some flashing that I will need to shave, especially on the skirt pieces - which I am surprised about. They're in a tough enough spot that I have to take part of him apart to clean it up, so I don't damage any other areas of the toy when I trim it.
They did a good job with this pilot, he looks better than the painting on Crinn. I have to dig my Dougram out of storage to do a side by side comparison. One thing I definitely don't like is how the rocket launcher attaches to the side of the head and not the shoulder. It seems like an afterthought and it is odd.
Also on both Dougram and soltic I really don't like the type of plastic or the color they used for the rocket launcher. I feel they either should have been painted matte red or been made in a different type/color of plastic. It looks too washed out and cheap. Honestly it would have been great if this one piece was diecast.
Lastly, the guns - the plastic here looks a little off - not as bad as the rocket launcher looks, but I thought the guns would stand out a bit more.
Until I get them side by side, I'll say for now that upon first impression that the Dougram was still done better.
Did anyone else have the same concerns/issues? Anyone else care to share their thoughts?

I am mixed on this line the same way I'm mixed on Hi-Metal. For Hi-Metal I bought Dougram and just ordered a soltic and will probably buy every item from Dougram they make.
For super minipla I got the full ideon box set with gun from mandarake, ordered the giant gorg/manon type from HLJ and the brown guardian from an HK seller.
I just couldn't take the plunge on the xabungle stuff from either line. My brother got gaogaigar and megazord/dragonzord/titanus. I passed on both versions of zambot. I will look at the golion more but honestly I am disappointed in it and will probably pass. They could have still kept it as a parts former and hid more things/made more stuff removable. The shoulder posts and foot heels being left in are a poor move even on a model kit.
It will definitely be a pick and choose line for me and definitely price dependent as I can dump the same money on vintage and get more value. Ideon and the gorg stuff however, there's really no product at all ever available so those were automatic buys.

Jon is right. I sold mine here for a reasonable amount, I'll try to remember how much I got for it. I had seen people a year or two ago trying to get 400-600 for them and that was too high. I have seen the 800-900 ones and that is unrealistic. The armor can also be bought separately. The only thing unique about the giftset is the big outer sleeve. The cardboard sleeve is also slightly larger than the boxes it goes over so it is hard to get a mint one.

I am showing a summer 20% off coupon on $25+ purchases with a max discount of $50 on my eBay app but it looks like one of the specific category/specific seller ones.
How do you tell which ones will work on anything and have no value cap?

Yes, a handful of stores near me show the metal gift set at $35 now, but before they were much higher. When people from 60%+ of the rest of the country were saying they found x set for $20 and plastic individuals for $7 etc, my stores weren't even close to those prices. I'm just saying that my stores were much higher and didn't budge on the prices in the last three weeks.
Basically, I'm not looking for one or having trouble finding them, I only made the post so that people looking won't be disappointed if their store price is still higher.

The collectiondx review was pretty scathing as the toy has some shortfalls - you should all check it out. In general though, it's a good value on clearance however, I decided to pass on it.
