The leg articulation is pretty disappointing in this SRC in my opinion. Even with the extenders there is little forward and back range, and the swivel at the top of the leg is non-existent at least in my Getter. OMG SO TRUE blutengu !! one of my legs took the MOST force i ever used on a toy to swivel it. As ive said from the beginning with my first SRC Great Maz I think it was, these SRCs have TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE,leg issues. The round ball joint hip socket balls SUCK SUCK SUCK.Never liked the design, never will, just too sketchy. Some work, some dont, some are loose as hell, some WAAAY to tight, some wont go a certain direction or angle,NEVER are both uniform, god forbid!. Sorry disagree with me those of you who can never say anything bad about Bandai if you like but its the total truth. Its not just MY unlucky one or two SRC,I have many many SRCS and they basically all have some sort of ball joint hip issues..OR will some day, awful design! The only ball joint hip design worse is on Max Factory Mazinkaiser. I hate Revoltech, and id rather have their whack joints in there.Been waiting for someone to say something, been wanting to vent on this forever. I am with you on this! Their hip joints are not the best! They will get loose over time! And for what they are asking they should come up with something smarter!

NICE !!! I have to admit this is a piece.... But due to the actual priorities... this is too expenssive for me. I... PROBABLY... P...PASS.... (the completlist reign is broken now !) Let's just say that we pass for the time being, due to the high price tag and other priorities same here ... this hobby is getting toooo expensive to keep up with !

A friend in Japan ordered it for me straight from ArtStorm's site. Unfortunately, she just can't take orders for other people... her parents are the ones who have the credit cards and bank accounts, and I don't want to abuse their kindness, since I don"t even know them. They are doing me a favor. }D I want a friend like that!

Pre-ordered and pre-paid (minus shipping)... OUCH!!! At least it won't be as expensive as Goodshipped or the other stores offering it. Basically Art'sStorms price + Tax + shipping to my friend ($376.40) and then + shipping to me (less than $70 maybe?). Well, at least I'm in the game now. }D Where from did you order ? I want to join the gang

How about we send feuture what we think of this design maybe we can save it! Just make the legs And redesign the feet just to make it less shin getter and more grendizer feet like i dont think they will change it for us if you noticed the current legs match the whole body style if they put the classic legs it will be like those body builders with huge upper body and tiny legs I am not saying that they should use the classic legs! But to treat the legs the way they treated mazinger and g mazinger in the same line! Design wise

Ok, here is the thing ... Astroganger have metallic cells that creates his body unlike astrboy who have mechanical skeleton and mechanical devices that you can change if some parts got damaged, ganger on the other hand can't be opened and there is no way to change anything that needs fixing! He is very unique
Astroganger was aired two months earlier but you have to remember that mazinger was first a comic then a TV show.
As for Tetsujin he is a giant robot but not a super robot because he have no special unique weapons! Mazinger-Z was the first because he was the first to have special weapons that distinguish him from any other tank or fighter jet or any armored machine!
Burestk faiaaaa is Mazinger-Z Rustoo haracaaan is Mazinger-Z Rocketoo paaaanch is very Mazinger-Z
It is very SUPER ROBOT

Hey, don't get me wrong, I dig the tokusatsu original- rubber suits and all! I like the idea of a giant god-like "robot" being with long hair, it's unique; and I'm glad none of the other production studios copied that as a trend, like they did with the "rocket punch" which was started by Giant Robot 2 (Torozon) from the '67 Johnny Sokko series. As for this anime OVA version of Magma Taishi, he looks pretty slick. I've been trying to watch the OVA on YouTube, but I haven't found all the episodes with English dub. ---------------------------------- Anyway, enough about Magma Taishi. Back on topic..... So, I've read info that Astroganger is supposedly the first "piloted" giant anime super-robot... when you think about it, the kid transforms and fades into Astroganger's body, and that was before the idea of sticking pilots inside the robots later on. This series is also the first of its kind to have the pilot "fade in"... ...this feat was later copied in the 1975 Yuusha Raideen series, in which the pilot Akira Hibiki also fades into his robot's body. Astroganger had no special weapons or laser abilities... he was all brute-strength and flight. This places him in 2nd place as a "brute-strength" class giant flying super-robot. Guess who was the first brute-strength class giant flying super-robot (it wasn't Mazinger-Z). zozo-mag Just to set things straight, astroganga is not a robot! It is a metallic creature! If you open him you won't find any electronic devices or screws, you will find cells! And he is not piloted by the little boy! He join forces with him to get the full power and become the full warrior he was meant to be

This is an intensively emotional moment in my life! When I was around 5 - 6 yrs old, back in Saudi Arabia, I used to watch a Japanese TV show (dubbed in Arabic) about spaceships and a robot which I used to admire a lot (it was the first "transformable" mecha I ever see). Growing up, I forgot his face 'n name and the show title but I never forgot his composition and colors! Then, never seeing that again through my past lifetime years, I almost thought that it was just a childhood imagination but my inner mind always believed it was real. Then, 2 days ago, I was wishing (again) to remember who the hell it was, and just some hours ago HL PRO (LOL) posted a music video on Facebook called Star Fleet. Out of curiosity (cuz I thought it might be related to Duke Fleed), I played it and I was extremely & happily & unbelievably shocked to finally, after all these years [almost 30 years], find out that my missing robot name's Big Dai X from X-Bomber! And... it's created by... GO NAGAI! I immediately bought its Dynamite Action figure. I can't describe the feeling. It's like collecting a missing part of your best moments from your childhood. in Arabic it was called 001 (sifr sifr wahed) صفر صفر واحد it was shown once on TV and never broadcasted again !
