F91 price seems to have settled around $210 if its not missing/ flawed. Wing Zero is impossible to find under $450 unless missing/ broken. $210 is great price. Where did you find it for $210? Last I checked (few months ago) in the states LA little tokyo area it was roughly that much and been walking around Akihabara these past few days and it costs about that much (w/ or w/o tax i don't remember since all stores mark it differently)

Saw the MB strike on display yesterday. Really conflicted on this one with 3 things. Face looks abit off to me, sideskirt is still awkwardly sized, and the thrusters that move are oddly small.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hmm. Will most likely try to grab this guy. It seems like the giant sideskirts are somewhat less obnoxious if Strike isn't just standing still idly.

Makes sense for NY. They're known to scalp DX Valks and I guess this time around they didn't manage to get enough stock

Looks like they kept the huge side skirts. It still looks weird :X Yeah same as the F91... happens when Kunio Okawara is in charge... imo the F91 is fine because it was changed enough that it fit the overall updated aesthetic. Strike on the other hand has minimal changes done to it :X Pretty sure the skirts were done for the knives but I would rather not have them at all and do away with these awkward sized skirts...

Does anyone have experience with Yetistands? I'm guessing that for basically every Metal Build you'd just need the hexagonal adapter which would fit into the Gundam-specific adapter that comes with the Metal Build. Does that sound right? It's hard to get a sense of scale from Yetistands website as to whether or not that's what I need to order. Go ask on MW. The creator is on there. Think its Yetichaos or something like that.

Finished the new battle axe for the figure. If anyone wants the STL file to print it just shoot me an email Just my 2 cents. I don't think the top part of the axe (below the spike) should be rounded. Every other shape language used (internal shapes) is straight and sharp so its abit weird to have 1 part not conform to the rest. Well, minus the axe blade itself which is a different story (e.g. primary shapes large and round, secdondary shapes angled and sharp). Annnnd I ended up doing a scythe anyway. Back kibble is kinda wtv, especially the white blade part wrapping around (too lazy to find a solution to it haha). Tried to keep the notches in the blade to be consistant but not really sure if it suits it well. If its to your liking feel free to tweak things on this one (especially blade size, don't have a 3D printer so cant really check weight and balance of it.

Well rip. I guess I got a crappy unit with the waist tab being loose. Easily fixable but would've liked it to be tight @ ninjahandz Axe is looking great!

I love this thing so much. Even in grainy photos it looks great. Awesome pose! Finally opened this guy and damn hes nuts. No wonder the price tag was so high. That GFFMC level of detail and MB quality build is amazing!

Just opened up my haul today and this guy is amazing. Wish he was a little bit heavier and if the scrander belt was abit smaller to acommondate the ab crunches it would've been phenomenal.

Think I'll start using FedEx for stuff coming from overseas. Nothing that goes through USPS seems to ever want to deliver. They drop a notice since its easier for them... (can't even find a damn notice this time around)

Wow! What a fantastic job you did by taking that simple design to it’s fullest! I originally wanted to do a very complex design but settled for the simple one cause I though it was going to be too much. Nice to see I was wrong. Mind if I use your design to print me an axe? Any chance you can draw a scythe? I would print one and send it to you for the effort. I was going to do my own but after looking at your design I don’t want anything designed by me anymore! 😆 I love it man! Glad you liked it. Was fun messing around a little and sure you can do whatever you want with the design (its mostly yours anyway). I would be down to help out with the scythe if you want to start it first. I'm sure what you come up with will be awesome!

I came up with a simple axe design that I think works better than the original axe. My design follows the modern mecha design of the Riobot axe but has a more rounded design and incorporates the iconic leg/chest window design that can be easily recognized. Got rid of the "organic" parts of the axe just like Riobot did and... that's about it. Simple axe. About 40% bigger than the original one, follows the design principles and guidelines of the original and still matches Riobot's extra detailed style, no funny hand axe gimmick, incorporates elements from Shin Getter himself and has that iconic roundness from the anime axe Did a quick edit of your ver (just adding in my 2 cents). Shifted in the bottom fin things to make it closer to other iterations of the axe and also to avoid it closing it closing the axe blades circular profile (I'd say looks more menacing that way too). Also played around a little with the inside shape and cutlines so the details and such create a taper down towards the handle (referencing what they did with the SRC version). Shifted in the cutlines a little and created a little color separation to create an area of detail and rest (30/70). Those three notches in the blade is a really nice touch btw. EDIT: random repeating black part on the handle was a mistake I forgot to fix.
