Not sure why this wasn't made a sticky, but that's corrected now. Thanks for the hard work, Dylan!

I was afraid if I ventured into this thread I'd get lost... ...well, my compass broke! ;D It feels like an actual Museum in here; great thread, bro! This is really informative, and you've studied very hard to know your collections and put this thread together. Congrats to the Sticky stats! zozo-Magengar

[Last updated 04/28/2009] Posted some of this data in another thread long ago, but thought that folks could use this data in a more accessible place, plus it's easier to find this post and make edits as necessary. On with the toy geekdom! This post will cover the die-cast world of Ultraman and Ultra Kaiju toys. Certainly not in any order, and not necessarily complete, but I will make reference (when available) to the year and manufacturer of said toy. I hope you guys find this information useful when searching or creating that "want list" we all have in our minds. Read on, and if you have any additions or corrections, please post them in this thread so I can fix this post. Information is power, folks. Lets share some... I love this "spaceship" very much. Can you tell me how big is it? Wonder if I will get lucky to find one like this.

That is the smaller Jet Vtol. It's about 4 inches long. It comes off the clear stand included, so you can fly it around the room. It also has the circular wing attachment so it can go into deep space. I've seen it come up on occasion. There are larger plastic versions as well, but I prefer this highly detailed diecast. I'll post pics of the box later today to help you identify the auction when it comes up.

An ebay guy in the midwest with a bunch of ultraman stuff, including grips. Seems to be just throwing prices randomly at items, but nice variety. I'm sure you're watching 'em sketcher.
Thanks for this thread too BTW. Awesome!

This thread is SO cool. But since Dylan is namby-pamby-n' around about the vehicles, I'll get one in. =D I recently got Sanjeev's old Ultra Taro (?) submarine Popinica. Such a cool little thing. Has firing red missles of course, and when you lift the side panels up, a paper print of inner workings/controls is seen. Very Capt. Nemo. Sorry for bad shots. I'll have to redo when I have more time, energy, and a tripod, cuz I can't focus, razzafrazza.

Awesome. Almost looks like an early tin spaceship type of design, or Buck Rogers. We don't see enough spaceships around here.

It is very Buck Rogers-y or even old FlashGordon style, haha. In all honesty, I can't make any fun of sketcher, as I have maybe, uh, one diecast Ultra fig. Hope to get some more vehicle stuff up here, as I love 'em.

Great toy! I love that inner workings window. The box is nice too. These toys definitely seem to be overlooked among the Super Robot vehicles. I believe that Sanjeev obtained this one through the Morphy's auction, so now you know a little more history on this particular piece.

I had my eye on those as well, but timing was off. Glad you picked that one up. Such a cool toy, and the box is great!
