Theres also a tetsujin 28 in the series as well. Dont know if they were store displays or what, but there are more than one of each out there.

I'm sure they're made in China- they've started appearing in Korea lately. I see them on Yahoo Japan sometimes and they sell for about $2,000+ there- trouble is you have factor in buyers 30% cut and then shipping the big things around the planet.
