you have a very impressive coloring talent kid. nice work you did to carlo's sketches.
i like carlo's sketch, very cool and rex's robot is great! cant wait for the colored picture.
i think we should have another contest for kitbashed robot figures. i got lots of gundam pieces lying around. with so much talent we have at robot japan. i think it will be great.

thanks dude I haven't drawn anything by hand in AGES (just do everything straight in Flash for probably the last 5 years give or take)...it's nice to work with character designs and a pen and paper again. not quite the level of detail you've got going on, but maybe next month  still gotta get my technique back up to speed. |

Ah man, I'd say you're there already.
Your stuff has character. Sometimes all the detail in the world doesn't add character like that.

Ok, so i ran out of time for color on this. I been mob deep in the abysmal anus of chaos for reals. But please enjoy this unfinished evil robot, I put the amps in so that I can make a rock poster out of it. Kill two birds and get stonned. While on the subject of rock there are a few demos left.  |

thanks guys the only thing I'd change is the crappy star/highlight on the axe...i goofed up inking it and did a piss-por job covering it up...oh well  and glad you like the eyeball niko i thought it was a nice finishing touch, and went well with the blood splatters. there's some talented cats around here! (he says whilst glancing at mecha and rex) |

Great job Guys! Wow...been busy eh? quest, love the SD take. I haven't drawn in a while as well, so I can relate. mecha...way cool. I'll be sure to try and snatch up a demo soon. @rex, as always...what can I say? Great work everytime. Hey what happened to the pencils? Can you post those up again please, mi amigo? Cool entries guys (lonelyboy, colony, niko, roanstalker)! This was a great fun draw...Kid, Omni...would still love to see the rest of your stuff and everyone else who didn't get to meet the deadline. |

Well here's mine, sorry it's late and to be honest it's nowhere near what I wanted it to be. Infact I was going to draw a double shot of Mega Unicorn (first Getter Robo G enemy) and this guy, Hubi Hubi from eps. 50 of Grendizer. But I couldn't get it done due to work and drunkeness. Plus I would have loved to colour this pics, but whatever.  |

Yes, I am in the black metal band Lightning Swords of Death. If you like tru metal and spit on the likes of "disturbed", Linkoln Park etc. check us out on my space. We are totally from hell:)

Although I don't listen to stuffs like Massacre, Morbid Angel, Entombed and the likes as frequently as I like anymore... It disturbs the wife and the kid ;D. Nowadays I only listen to vintage Maiden, Metallica (pre black album), Megadeth, Metal Church, Manowar, Anthrax and the likes... Does your band have a website I can log in?! |

Dave "I wish I was still in Metallica" Mustane totally rejected my poster for "Gigantour". Oh well he hangs here now for those who have robots on the mind.
I am pretty sure the reason I started drawing/painting was because of Iron Maiden and Go Nagai.
I am going to change his head to disconnect him from Megadeath, now that bidness is over I can reclaim him of Vic's visage.
