Excellent photos, JWM! Thanks for lighting up my day. Do you know of a thread on techniques for close up photography, settings, backgrounds, etc? I think it would help a lot of collectors share images of their collection. Thanks again.

Thanks. I read the notes on your photography. The manual settings do make a world of difference. I have a Canon G2 that is capable of manual settings and also has interchangeable close up lenses. I will have to start doing some more 'creative' photography..but the auto mode is just so nice and easy. Take care.

Combattra...the senimental value behind him is hard to match. The Shogun Warriors was my first real exposure to comics and my mom feared toys with firing missiles (Though I still got Micronauts...sans projectiles, but no Shogun vehicles). I didn't even know a toy for Combattra existed other than my 4 inch version until I stumbled into a toy store that had 1 GoDaiKin...COMBATTRA!!! Saved up for 2 months to buy him and he's been my favorite ever since

I'm down to just a few pieces to feel like my collection is COMPLETE, complete enough for ME anyway! So if anyone is selling, or knows someone who is selling their Jumbo Machinders of Tetsujin or Leopardon I promise to give them a great home
